The manager of the store has a very bad customer service his name is Brian every time I go he acts like he thinks I’m not gonna buy anything little that he knows I ordered lots of clothes from this store online here and there I found a good lady at the store that is friendly Ellen Fisher should look into changing their stuff at the store super bad customer service especially from Brian it’s been a couple of times But I’ve been in the stores and he literally treats me like he thinks I’m not buying anything I do like their clothes super nice feels good last forever I like their quality their stuff at the store super bad

Stopped in yesterday wearing a face shield. Not greeted at all,waited while male associate continued to have a personal conversation with, I guess someone he knew? The female associate never seemed to acknowledge me at all!Once the male associate finished his confo, he proceeded to tell me face shields wear not acceptable. I said okay and left the store. I found the customer service lacking to say the least! Fyi, I was wearing a Eileen Fisher blouse that I love and was looking to purchase pair of shoes. But was turned off completely and will not be back. I also had a mask In My pocket and would have been more than happy to put on, had I known it was needed. A sign would have been helpful! I do not recommend this store. Please be kind to customers that make the trip to your store !! PS, no one else was in the store and I kept the 6 foot distance

This is an awesome EF shoppe that even carries the limited edition capsule pieces. I stopped in to check the sweater weight of a couple of pieces in my favorite color and met some really wonderful sales associates. This store really shines in all ways, it's a lovely EF boutique.
Unfortunately since I have moved from a more seasonal climate to the blazing desert of Arizona, many of my favorite minimalist EF pieces are too warm for my winter.
This still doesn't deter me much from loving the pieces though...I'm dreaming of snappy fall days so I can wear my knits for sure!

Beautifully Constructed - Easy To Wear - A Replacement or Addition Onto My Everyday Basic Wardrobe - Sensibly Priced - Ageless - Season-less Conservative Pieces - is Eileen Fisher to me! Yes, I can find Eileen Fisher in most of the department stores, yet, I still once in awhile like to checkin to this boutique in hopes that they'll be carrying some pieces exclusively here instead! In general, the sales staff have always been courteous and helpful when asked. A definite plus it is for knowing my own sizes, for cramped are their dressing cubbyholes. Still, seasonally good finds! CHEERS!
