They destroyed a tie (Stiches were completely unraveled) and stabbed my pocket square with holes for plastic tags so that I can't use it again. I gave them a white hoodie to try and whiten areas up and it looks like they washed it without really trying. They did not tell me about the damage to my clothing and charged me for it.

They are nice people, but do not take accountability for their service. I dropped off several items and, while inspecting them after pick-up, realized my silk skirt came back with strange impressions all over. I immediately went back and they stated the impressions were due to the silk being pressed too hard on the machine. They have since “repressed” my skirt twice and the impressions are still there. They refuse to provide a refund or compensation for ruining my skirt and only want to give me store credit. Why would bring more items to a cleaner that can’t manage a simple silk slip skirt? I would recommend you take any items you care about to a different dry cleaner.

I started coming to Eco Cleaners a few months ago when my previous cleaner closed. Covid has been hard on the cleaning industry- but fortunately I ran across this company. Great service, quality cleaning that does not smell, and quick turnaround. I have enjoyed getting to know the owners - who have been in Dallas over 30 years. Exceptional company.

See for yourself. Both my black jacket and my blue suit had obviously been pressed at too hot a temp. You can see the seams of the jackets and the pants. They're ruined. The impression of both seams of a pant leg can be seen on side of the pant. My black suit jacket had more stains on it than when I left it to be cleaned and had lint all over it. The blue jacket more wrinkles than when I left it to be cleaned. Instead of expressing concern, the woman who assisted me defended the work done.

The staff here is fantastic. Every employee I interact with at Eco clean in Preston Hollow Village is always incredibly friendly and helpful. My clothes are always ready on time, if not early, and look great every time. Best dry cleaners in Dallas!

Incredibly fast service with even better prices! I love how they don’t make holes in the garments for their tags. I was going to Avon cleaners in HP but Eco has a new customer. Highly recommend!

I am not one to leave reviews but I have to in this case. None of the clothes that I brought in were cleaned properly. Stains were not removed. My silk shirts now feel crunchy. My cashmere sweaters are scratchy. All stains were marked and none were removed. I asked to put no pins in my clothes and almost all of them did. Writing this is just making me mad all over again. One of my sweaters now has stains that were never there… I asked to have the owner call me and he or she never did. The girl in the front was not helpful at all. She just had a dead stare as I was asking for answers.I’m only writing this incase you are looking for a reputable dry cleaner, look elsewhere.Super disappointed. :/
