This is my second time visiting Dallas in the past 3 weeks. Both times I rented from Easirent, and Kam and Margo are amazing. They make the process so easy and quick, as long as they’re there I’ll never book with enterprise again. The cars are also great. Thank youuuu!

Easirent is outstanding and has great customer service. We had a couple of slip ups on our end with our planning and the regional manager accommodated our family and took care of our needs. The vehicles are nice, clean and ready to go. Management and staff are respectful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Margo helped my wife and I (Alicha P) with our rental. The phone got disconnected and she called me right back. She contacted her manager whom was not in the store at the time. She definitely got the job done for us. Even tho she didn’t have to she did and she is very welcoming from the time we picked up our vehicle until the time we dropped it off. Thank you sooo much we really appreciate you hun!

STEER CLEAR OF EASIRENT!We went with them to save money, but ended up spending at least as much as anywhere else, and also had the inconvenience of 45 minutes of getting our car, and long, slow, rude shuttle rides.Some words that describe this “business”…- unprofessional- rude- poor customer service- bad communication- hidden fees ($40 for additional driver, $25/day for toll road passes)And wait till you get inside… It’s so bare, it looks like they could pack up and be gone in 20 minutes.Also they didn’t mention that they close at 6pm, so thankfully we made it right before the last shuttle left. The driver was rude, obviously not happy we got in his shuttle, never got out of the driver’s seat, talked on speaker phone while we loaded and unloaded our bags, then started to drive away before I even had the door closed!CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

Margo was exceptionally awesom and knowledgeable she has the best customerService I have ever experienced at a rental car agency. I will definitely rent again if I can have Margo as a rep.

Screw this company. 500$ deposit MINIMUM. Rude workers know nothing and claim to not be from around here. Building looks like a Crack house. Full of families with luggage pulling their hair out because NO ONE got a car. This place should be sued for fraud. Took our money but had no vehicle. Multiple families walked out with no car. STAY AWAY. use Toro (app) instead of this drug den of incompetence.

I had to wait a couple minutes before they were available to help me and so glad I did. Kam took care of us and I’m so glad she did. She was amazing!!!The vehicle we rented is fantastic and check went quickly. I will definitely rent from them again. I highly recommend this business and Kam.

Margo was amazing. She was friendly and clearly explained our options to us. Her personality more than makes up for the distance from the airport. In addition to Margo the shuttle service was very convenient.

Let me just tell you that this is the most low budget, decrepit, dirty, bad service place I've ever seen imitating as a rental car company in the world!!! We decided to try this company out because of the pricing & we're only needing the car for a few days, so we thought to give this place a try. Just finding this place was out the way from Love Field & this place looks like a Rent A Center. We waited in the lobby for 25 min while people walked past us as if we weren't even there. Nobody greeted us out acknowledged us! After somebody came there's a stipulation in the clause that you have to agree for them to be able to charge your credit card for any damages up to $60,000 although you've already given them your insurance information. Also even though you've rented a car that is supposed unlimited miles, they say that you can only drive the rental 150 miles per day!!!! How in the hell are you supposed to get around Texas, if you're limited to 150 miles per day. To get your refund you have to submit a reason why you're canceling & then they'll get back to you in 72 hours with a decision. AT ALL COST AVOID RENTING HERE!!!!!
