Took my son here after we hit up Nordstrom Rack and he said DXL was so much nicer. He loved that it was quiet and that dressing rooms were huge. He said he didn’t want to hear other people’s gossip while trying on clothes like where we just came from and that DXL was now his new favorite store. He also said that the employees at DXL were super nice.

Prices are too expensive….. Kohls, & Belk & JC Pennys big & tall are more reasonable prices. Staff was very nice & helpful.

Went shopping for a nursing home resident, had pictures of what the individual wanted. The Rep Kenny, (I hope this is the right individual) took the picture and had all the items I was looking for in less than 20 minutes. Great service

Had a tear in my shirt while at work and had to get something quick. Kenny had a shirt ready and steamed for me when I walked in. Appreciate the high level customer service

The sales person Paul was outstanding. I so enjoyed my experience that anytime I am in Dallas I would visit this store. I live in Sugar Land TX and did not have a good experience in the new store that just opened in Sugar Land. I told Paul that he made up for the bad experience I had in Sugar Land.

Want to pay a compliment to Kenny in the Dallas store. I had a last minute wardrobe emergency and he helped me get in and out in less than 15 minutes with a great looking business outfit and he even steamed my shirt on the spot (didn't even have to ask...he had the steamer going before I even knew). He was very familiar with the inventory, which led him to efficient time management that benefitted my time crunch. Would recommend. That guy earned a raise!

I just wanted to pass on a review, I went to DXL this past Saturday, Kenny greeted me as I walked into the store, I typically shop at Dillards Big & Tall, this is the 1st time in my life where everything in the store is for me, 6'3" 270 lbs, size 14 shoe, I bought a bunch of pants and shirts, very happy with my shopping experience, I will be back!

I didn't get there until close to closing. However, the salesman on the floor was very accommodating. So my experience was extremely pleasant ..
