Went to purchase 100+ $ shoes, had a terrible experience employee had her disrespectful child there running around the entire store. Wasn’t my first time there as It has been my usual shoe store, but after this I will absolutely not be back. My final purchase at this store. Don’t recommend, just go to the mall.

Favorite store to shop for my athletic gear but they have definitely fell off on the inventory. They only had one person on the floor and he appeared irritated and didn’t speak or ask us if we needed anything. This is strange for this location because everybody is usually hands on and very helpful. I never leave without buying something. I still shopped because we all have our days just hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Why would they lie and say the toy drive was on Wednesday for the cool grey 11s when it was actually Tuesday… Oh cause of course they look out for their own first …Hold more than one pair so they get a cut as well.. FYI that’s so embarrassing to think your doing something right on the right day and you and several people get turned around because the guy that answered the phone Tuesday “Toy drive WEDNESDAY “ not thank you for calling dtrl plays so much and gave the wrong date!! Smh

The inventory and quality of shoes is decent seeing as though I didn't have a specific shoe in mind. However, the customer service needs serious work, a simple greeting will do. I mean it's common courtesy to speak to anyone when you or they enter into a room!

I dont understand if i go to the mall invest my money in a product. If there is any problem the store will offer a refund or exchange the product. I had my husband to purchase some shorts for me I couldnt fit took them back 20 mins later and the rep tells me they dont refund on debit card just store credit. If i would have used credit they could give me a refund back to my card. Thats why I just keep my money take it somewhere else

Love this place! Staff are REAL friendly and helpful and they have good prices. They need a bigger store with a larger selection lol
