I bought my car back in February 2024 in March 2024, my car window got busted out by some little bad ass kids in my neighborhood so I called my car dealership because Iām still under warranty and let them know that my window got busted. itās January 2025 and my window is still busted. Iām not paying for something thatās under warranty then December 2024 just found out my transmission is very bad. I havenāt even had the car a year and then I just called up to the service center in Garland and they tell me that they booked out until next week What am I gonna do? this is my only transportation I shouldāve known when I bought this car it was gonna be an issue from the time that window got busted and nobody did nothing about it so if I could, I would give drive casa zero stars and I would recommend nobody come to them cause youāre getting a lemon and then youāre paying like you driving a new car, like my car payment is $630 a month. I could go to a real dealership and get a brand new 2024 2025 vehicle if I want to pay that much a month.

This is the worst dealership Iāve ever dealt with. I started having problems with my car the day after I got it. Itās been 2 months and canāt get an appointment to have my car looked at. Still no license plates. They never have an answer for anything when I call. Always being transferred and lied to. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY OR TIME. Keep searching for a vehicle elsewhere if u can.

The Drive Casa company has in its policy and sales method and deceives customers. I tell you, it didn't happen that me and my wife got a car here. They didn't say that in 1 years I could change the car and that it had a warranty for 1 year in mechanics and maintenance where all that was a lie, plus they didn't say that we could change the car in 1 year and when we went they didn't say no in 18 months then we went and then they didn't say that you have to wait two more months to see the demand for sale after to summarize since we took the car out in They have not lied and they continue to do so. I recommend not taking a car with this company where they play with good faith and the good intention of seeking a service and quality where they give the cars multiple damages over time.

Lenis Acuna was a big help today , she made sure we did not leave the dealership without a car & we are very thankful for her , her customer service was great & her persona is so sweet . If you are considering getting a car from Drive Casa , please go see Lenis . She will make sure you donāt regret it ā¤ļø Nothing but happiness and laughter while waiting on our approval . She also went out her way to stay an extra 2 hours just to make sure we did not leave without a vehicle

Do not get a car from here ! I brought a Chrysler 200 2016 and within a week of having the car it had broke down . It was in the shop for a month they said it was the transmission than turned around and had to keep my car longer because it was never the transmission it was the fuse box . 3 months later the fuse box went out again and they said they will not cover it I will have to pay them out of pocket and I didnāt even have the car for 6 months . Do not bring your money to them at all !!
