I stopped by to browse and see what shoe size I’d fit .. North park being North park I was expecting poor customer service like in other stores; NO! Nick and Danny were outstanding! I really enjoyed my experience and they were very helpful..Definitely, I’ll be back to shop at that location.

Great store, Christian was super helpful with pointing me in the right direction! He was enthusiastic in listening to what I was looking for and offered great insights into helping me find the right size for my loafers and even how to style the shoes. Any time I need docs, this is where I’m going, the whole staff is super upbeat and fun!

this store is absolutely FIRE! Christian helped me and was efficient, charismatic, and friendly! really got the sense he knew what he was talking about and had a lot of energy for his job. unfortunately i didn’t end up purchasing anything but my experience, none the less, was GREAT!

jasmine was very sweet and connected really well. she helped me pick out my first pair of docs!! will definitely be back in december for another pair her energy was 10/10!

worst drmartens experience…. The lady Jasmine was extremely pushy and rude. I came in for a specific part of boots and was approached happily when I came in. I showed her the photo and unfortunately they didn’t have the shoe in store. I was already planning on buy two other pairs of docs that day anyways so I kept on looking. The whole interaction with her made me feel extremely uncomfortable and she was always pushing me to buy something. She was gossiping to the other workers about customers coming in and out of the store. Hoping she didn’t have something bad to say about me when I left the store…. I ended up leaving empty handed, left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think I’ll shop docs again. Extremely disappointing.

Jasmine and Rebeca were such a joy! They made my experience unforgettable as I stumbled upon incredible sales. Not only were they kind, but they were patient as well. I appreciated their personal touch as they sought to understand my needs and helped guide me towards the perfect decision. I came in unsure of making a purchase and left with four pairs of Docs. I also came up on some cool things to do around Dallas. They’re definitely killing it.

They need to get smarter and more customer service oriented sales staff at this location. I called to ask if they had any thoughts on getting some boots stretched (specifically the toe box) and the airhead said “um, nooooo…” I said “no?” And she said “uh uh.” ?

Visiting from Atlanta, And wanted to check out the mall near our hotel. Amaris was there and the customer service was wonderful! Amaris was such a vibe, and they recommended some great styles. We will definitely be back to visit!

Not living close to a Doc Martin store and not knowing exactly what size to order for a particular style, I called your store and received the best guidance from Bonnie. These people were UNREAL!!! So incredibly kind and welcoming and have the BEST marketing skills….I came into town for visiting and they made me feel so comfortable and made my entire day!! So happy with my purchase!!!
