Disappointed with the flowers my mother received for mother's day. They were delivered on Friday and when I visited her on Tuesday, only a couple of flowers still looked okay. I know flowers don't last, but less than four days? I thought a local florist would do a better job than that.

Consistently great choices in flower arrangements and really beautiful plants. I have not been disappointed with any arrangements that I've ordered and Dr. Delphiniums has quickly become my go to florist for any occasion.

Excellent customer service and beautiful arrangements!! A different arrangement was delivered to a friend, and they so kindly resolved it ASAP. Highly recommend. Will be ordering again in the future :)

I was part of a meeting recently as a MoH with Caylen. She was so informative about the process and genuinely excited about my friends wedding. My favorite part was that during our meeting she answered all of our questions without hesitation. Caylen is wonderful and we absolutely loved everything about her from personality to knowledge of florals.

Lovely Arrangement~ Staff & Owner? Not so much.The owner called me after I posted my original review. Even though she ended up being a little rude herself, I would rather err on the side of an innocent mistake being made by her staff members rather than what it looked like from my perspective.When I was there, I was effusive about how lovely the flower shop was & was greeted with mostly helpful - but somewhat snobby - staff. All in all I wouldn't do business here again, but I have nothing but good things to say about their product.

This was such a cool experience! I took the floral arrangement class here and it was so much fun!! Shoutout to our instructor Jenny, she was amazinggg!! She was super informative while making the class engaging and easy to follow! The flowers were so beautiful!! I enjoyed every bit of this…totally recommend!

We know Dr. Delphinium to be a florist that gives a very high standard in customer service. I own a florist in NYC and we use Dr.D exclusively for our orders in the Dallas area. We trust them implicitly. I am taking the time to write this review to recognize Madison. She is an amazing member on the team who truly cares and is proud of the work she does. In the middle of a storm with one of our overseas clients she litterally said to me "if i have to drive the orchid there myself, I will". She did not have to, but I knew she meant it. Delivering flowers is so sweet. Get to travel all over Dallas and make some money while doing it. Then at the end of the journey, meet the nicest people both on the pickup and the delivery. This is one of the best gigs to get on the Rosie app in the Dallas area, along with others. Dallas is smoking hot for independent delivery drivers

Old news! This place sucks and I am not ordering from them ever again! They are racist and have ruined the last birthday. I’m in the Indian community and every time they have missed the delivery for birthdays. I’ve called on 2 different occasions and ordered flowers to be delivered and on both of those times they did not deliver on birthday date- I had to follow up and ask what happened. They said oh sorry —it’s on us- we’re sorry. Sorry??? The birthday is past now guys. No thanks. You can take your sorry and miss other birthdays- your not missing anymore on my watch!!

The arrangement I chose was delivered earlier than the requested time and it looked nearly identical to the pictures on the website. Excellent product and the recipient loved the flowers. Ordering online was so easy. Customer service was even better. I accidentally placed 2 orders online, and they called first thing the next morning to let me know and to get one order cancelled.

We have gotten succulents and flowers here for our anniversary! All of the flowers are fresh, vibrant, fragrant, and beautiful. Samantha is very professional and helped my husband find flowers within his budget (including delivery). We can't wait to use this company in the future for all of our floral needs.
