We've worked with DPS Teck for several years and they have always provided prompt service and high quality products. The customer service and communication is top notch! When I need a quick turn-around, Quintin has always been speedy and eager to provide the best quality possible. We appreciate the entire team over there. Billing is simple and the detail provided from each order is greatly appreciated - thank you Frank! I do admit the one thing I really miss, is Moose. Give the fella a pat on the head for me! So if you need high quality products and service, this is the place to go! 5 Stars for sure!

I took a position at a company in June of 2018 doing artwork and digital printing. This particular copier was purchased from DPS Teck. I was 2 weeks into the job when a new copier was needed. The company had no hesitation calling on these guys. My employer has used them for years before I came along and were not going else where. They made sure all our needs were met on what we needed in this new copier. This was my first encounter with these guys. I have zero complaints! They came and set it up, trained me, and did all the networking. Then in September our company moved to a new location as well as new owners and just like that, they were there for the tear down and all packing with a truck to move the copier as well as my computer. They unpacked it and set it up. I can not say enough about this company and all the great guys. They are at my beck and call when ever I have any issues or questions. They are awesome and know what they are doing. If not, they will figure it out no matter how long it takes. Trust Me! The new owner of the company witnessed this. He saw how easy the communication, determination, easiness, and professionalism it is with these guys and their company. He purchased a second copier from them. You can not go wrong with DPS Teck!!!!

I was stunned to see the other (first) review, but it makes some sense, I suppose, after reading DPS's response. (Though why some people are like that I have no clue.) Who am I? I'm a customer of DPS. I am a mailing industry veteran of 34 years, so I have used (and had service contracts on) a lot of printers, from small desktop models to enterprise level office models to production cut sheet and a bit of time with some super high end continuous feed models. You might call me an expert, but even if not, I certainly have lots of experience in this area. DPS is hands-down the best service provider I have dealt with for printer support, maintenance and repair. They are easy to work with: I don't have to call an 800 number and work my way through 7 options to finally speak to someone in a call center in India. I can text a service request, include pictures or video if appropriate, and get a response within minutes. They have response times that beat the promised response times of other providers -- you know the ones, they say they will usually arrive within four hours but you count yourself lucky if you get a phone call within four hours, much less a technician on site. I have to tell DPS when I place a service request if I don't want them to show up within the hour. It might be maddening if it wasn't so awesome. They will make adjustments to the printer to meet my needs: if I have a specific printing need, they are willing to adjust the machine or offer tips and suggestions about how I can get my job to run, even if it is out of the normal usage range or even outside of the specs. None of the typical blaming it on the paper syndrome (even though the paper ran fine every day for 3 years). Nope, they just look for possible solutions, try potential options, and let me know when it really isn't possible. I also bought this printer from DPS. I was looking for something else entirely, but a while after talking to them, they called me back with "I have an idea...". They gave me a very appealing quote on a machine with more than I was looking for, and a competitive quote for maintenance with consumables. DPS let me come into their work room and spend a good couple of hours testing the printer, and then come back with a coworker and more tests to do it again. All in all, this is just the most amazing bunch of folks to work with. Meter readings and invoicing goes smoothly and quickly. Service call response is beyond anyone else I have dealt with. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is fair and competitive. What's not to love? Give them a try, if they have what you need, you won't be disappointed. (Unless you are a sales employee who works there for two month and decides to leave bad reviews. If that's you, I have got nothing for you.)

Not a good company, do not do business with this Xerox dealer. They will not take care of you and are overpriced.
