Pretty standard: overall cleanliness and good food. I wished the coffee shop stayed open longer than half a day. And at least a free basic breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great where I needed to be. The bed needs more cushion but that could be just me. Bought a memory foam from Target. Nothing fancy. For the price, I think there should be more offerings.

I was only here for one night. But I really enjoyed it.
Bed was very comfy, plenty of power. Fast internet. Very quiet rooms.
Plenty of water pressure and hot water.
The bar staff was friendly and respectful. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked.

Stayed on 8th floor. This has to be one of the worst rooms I have slept in a 3 star plus hotel in terms of noise isolation. There's virtually no insulation at all between rooms. I can hear everything from nearby rooms- their tvs, a man was coughing at night in the next room, phone conversations, hallway noises. I think it might be because of the doors connecting all these rooms. My room had to doors on left and right side connecting to the rooms nearby and i think the insulation is pretty non existenet between the gaps. To make it worse, there's airstrips nearby where flights are flying all the time- that plane noise is pretty loud. I never even thought its acceptable to have this kind of noise isolation between rooms in a hotel. On the positive side- clean rooms, nice staff, okay food from the bar and grill attached to hotel.
Rooms: One of the worst rooms I have slept in a 3 star plus hotel in terms of noise isolation. There's virtually no inuslation at all between rooms and outside. I can hear everything from nearby rooms- their tvs, man coughing, phone conversations, hallway noises, plane flying outside.

Very close to lovefield airport. Shuttle runs 24/7. Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Expect to pay over $200 a night for 1 night stay. Currently, the lobby is being renovated.

I was there only to catch the Von Lane bus but I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. There were several customers in the lobby and everybody seemed happy and cheerful. Feels like a very inviting hotel.

Update: We have meetings here, and the food, in particular the salsa, is worth the visit. The restaurant is always understaffed, but the folks working there are happy, and get food out quickly.
Previous: I'm a Hilton diamond, so I'm probably harder than most on hotels. I tried to call to get my number put in on a group reservation. No one cared enough to do it. Really??? Your best customers? Rooms are ok. Lobby is great. Restaurant is consistently very, very good.

Early to mid June we stayed at this hotel. Our package came with a hot breakfast. Unfortunately, due to a storm the hotel was under construction and they couldn’t provide the breakfast we prepaid for. Today I was on a layover and asked the hotel manager Sophia could I use that breakfast I previously paid for and was told that unfortunately we won’t honor that meal as you need to be staying at the hotel. So basically, we paid for something and due to thier building being unable to handle a storm we didn’t receive what we paid for. What happened to customer service?
