To serve customers you need human quality. I went today to do some shopping with my 18 month old baby and my 3 year old girl, I filled my basket but before finishing, my 3 year old girl told me that she needed to use the bathroom, I asked to the staff, if the girl could use the bathroom, but they only made me wait, with the pretext that they had to give priority to the line of people to pay, I waited and waited, until the lady told me "I'm coming" I told her that It was fine but the bathroom was not for me, but for my daughter who was only 3 years old to which she only contested "you know? CVS is open maybe you would prefer to go there" obviously I left the store at that moment without returning for the things I planned to buy. They need to improve their staff

It's okay, it has the basic stuff you may need with a few hidden gems. But if you A Dollar Treeaholic like me... It ain't just the store but it's good. Great friendly people and fast service too.

I have mixed feelings about this location, and I wouldn’t recommend simply because of the manger Denise. She is extremely rude and gives a negative ambiance to the store. Every other team member is very kind and professional, but when there’s a breach in management that sets the tone. Every time I visit this location Denise is on a power trip discussing out loud about her distaste in multiple employees. It always seems to be big problem for minor inconveniences with her. Its no one’s business if she desires to fire specific employees. When conducting business Denise’s demeanor exhibits she’s hates her job/life. Constantly rolling her eyes and at talking at, instead of to customers. Its extremely uncomfortable to hear her interact with other employees, and i always avoid her line. I gave this location 3 stars because I do appreciate Tracy and Micheal for their patience and professionalism. Tracy spirit is amazing and is the sunshine over this store! I pity anyone who has to work with Denise instead of Tracy.

Dirty, junky store. Clearly needs better management. Take a lesson from the Abrams and Mockingbird location on how to run a store.

That store is a disgusting place.

Me and my two young children came into dollar tree for some last minute decorations for my daughter's birthday party.
My son, who is 4 and autistic, hates any store and will almost always be loud and fussy the whole time.
My son noticed the balloons, which are his favorite things, and he wandered over to the balloons while I was to the left looking at decorations.
My daughter joined him to make sure he didn't take one.
It was around that time when someone came on the intercom to tell me to "control your kids because this is not a playground".
I'm already doing my best and trying to do what I need to do with two children, as quickly as I possibly can. There's no reason for your employees to be rude and condescending. As if I really walked into Dollar tree and thought it was a playground.
I'm a single parent, I don't have a babysitter, I can't hold both of my children's hands because I'm pushing a cart and trying to shop, the carts aren't big enough to fit my children inside, I can't leave them in the car, obviously.
I figured this particular store would be my best bet because it's small and I can get in and out, pretty quickly.
Your employees can clearly see that I'm struggling and attempting to hurry. At any time they could have walked over and asked if I needed any help with anything.
My kids weren't destroying anything they were just looking at stuff and asking me if they could have everything loudly, as kids do.
That announcement was just flat out rude and embarrassing. I left the store immediately, abandoning a full cart of decor with two, now crying, children.
I feel sorry for any parent of small children who has to go into this location with their kids.
