Store is mostly empty and cashier is super slow. The line was very long and the other employee didn't even bother to help out while only just one cashier worked.

My daughter had to take use the washroom and because daddy asked for the key, they said "just a minute", and laid down on the checkout counter and continued talking. Once my daughter crissed crossed her way to the front, THEN they decided to move. Inside the washroom, the trash was exploding out and the sign read, Don't flush paper towels, so people didn't flush at all. I should just held my daughter up and let her pee in the sink. I hope they blow this place up and give it back to the earthworms. This is the 140 Buckner location.

Employees are rude always locking the doors 15 minutes they close. By 9:40 they turn off the lights to make it seem they closed. Horrible service needs better managing. No point of advertising they close at 10 if employees don’t want to work that late.

I'm out here .. at 8;45.. there is ppl inside but its closed.. they just be looking at costumers trying to get .. but somehow its closed.

If you decide to come and work and apply for a job at least do the job RIGHT. We dont deserve poor customer service because you dont want to be there because you are there by choice. A simple how are you ? How was your shopping experience ? Would suffice… the store is very unorganized and quite filthy. They can do better if they wanted.

Went to the store on 08/03 around 5 pm, the lady working the register had poor customer service. She was leaned over the counter sleepy while checking out customers did not say a word to customers the entire time.Store was in disarray and barely had items in the right spot

Viola- my experience with you. I walked in, no hello as you’re sitting on the phone. A customer before me gets rung up- while you’re on the phone. You say no hello, no your total is. The entire time you are on your cellphone. Your conversation- “They want me to apply for manager, but it pays $12.” Your entire call consisted of so many swear words, I was glad there were no children around.Please consider another job where you aren’t in the front lines. Customer service is not for you.

Unorganized store , staff needs to be trained on customer service . Abigail was the cashier , there was no type of effort made with customers, a customer before me told her thank you she just looked at her , when it came to me she just looked at me didn’t speak at all . Lack of training and other things at this store.

4/21/23 Came into this location to purchase some items as well as get some balloons. I was standing there because I didn't see a cashier. But as I walked up by the register Viola Cater was sitting there on her phone. I processed to ask her questions and she answered after she would find laughing and talking. Then she begins to get rude as if I'm bothering and or interrupting her phone conversation. Another customer asked her a question 3 times before she answered him. So I asked to speak with a manager and she stated that they would be back next week. Then two alleged managers come out of the office wanted to know what's going on. Viola needs a class of customer service skills and a write up for being on the phone. This dollar tree just keeps going down.3/4/23 I come into this location to do and exchange. There was a new girl on the register so she asked about associate Kayla for help which I was assuming was the manager but she wasn't. So she said that two of the items where not on the receipt. This is after Im done shopping mind you on the receipt I spent 80 plus dollars and I was about to spend another 80 plus. So so proceeded to tell me that I can't do the exchange. So I leave the store and then turn around and come back because two of the items are really really need it. I then go ask her where did you put the items at because two of the items I needed and she had a very bad attitude then she finally told me where they were. Now she's hovering over me as I'm standing in line and then I asked her are you the manager she tells me no I said what can you get the manager. So another young girl comes up as the manager. So what I'm not understanding is why is an associate making manager decisions? Dollars Tree y'all need to do better.This store is very messy, empty, and always out of product. Nothing is never stocked on the shelfs. You may find the product you're looking for in one of the many box located on the floor around the store. The manger Tonya is very rude, unprofessional and needs a lot of help in the customer service department. I've called corporate on her several times but she's still this with the same rude attitude and poor customer services skills. Why? I guess she represents the Dollar Tree company well. So that tells me as a hold the company has poor customer service skills, bad attitudes, rude, poor judgement, treats there employee's unfairly, and still be able to be the manger because we can't find or hire someone that's qualified for the position.

Messy unorganized store. And the store manager is absolutely racist and beyond discriminant towards us beings of color. I normally wouldn't even play the race card but with these particular two different days especially with me barely having to migrate to this side of town due to a couple of unfortunate events. Her unprofessional behavior stroke me kind of odd lik. Literally Thanksgiving day as I was trying to catch the bus and it started to rain I seen that it so happened that dollar tree was open as well so I scurried quickly to go try and grab something to make to eat being that I couldn't make to my families house for Thanksgiving I noticed the time being a little after and as soon I made it to the business door of dollar the manager hurried and locked and looked straight at me while rolling her eyes we're closed sorry as if she couldn't stand that I even bothered to try . The very next day I was even more super hungry not have eaten yet I literally rushed over to get me something finally and to get cash back in the amount of $10 because temporary I have been having to take a bus being that my car broke down a few months back near Houston. And I kid you not the same manager hurried and open a register and at first I didn't notice her of who it was that actually opened up to get the line down in which it was her. As I proceeded to disregard of how she actually behaved the day before towards me I had requested the cash I was going through the process of requesting needing all my change in ones being I do take a bus with wanting to make good access and not have to impulsively spend unnecessary amounts of money and this manager to look at me in my eyesTelling me that aThere was no charge In order to give change. which was literally only 10bucks. That's not a reflection on anything of me other than the store manager bad managing skills when it comes to the people
