  I visited the store on 03/22/25 at 12:30 pm and encountered poor customer service from an employee, whose name I believe is Bill. He displayed a bad attitude, carelessly throwing my purchased items into the bags. Additionally, I had to retrieve my own receipt, which made me feel uncomfortable, as though I were being avoided. While I like the store overall, his behavior was disappointing.

  In order to leave a review I actually have to put a star however if I had the choice I would give them minus 5 I don't know who in their right mind made the guy manager he followed me down every aisle and I've never stole a thing in my life for him to take it upon himself to treat me like I'm a freaking thief is absolutely insane he literally held up the line one night while his coworker was pushing through a big line followed me down every single aisle and I was playing with him cuz I was jumping back and forth to see if it was what I thought it was and it was instead of helping his co-worker pushed through that long line he followed me down every single aisle and then when I decided to go check out he decided to go to his register and say he wanted to help the next person and I purposely let the lady in front of me go because I wanted to say some real choice words but I walk with Jesus all I can say is this is the worst experience in my life at my favorite store 😭

  The attitude of the 2 employees working in the morning is terrible, besides the clothes they were wearing. Dirty, worn, and torn. Is 8am, should have the best attitude, thank life for having a job.

  The customer service here is absolutely appalling. They don’t have adequate change, and the cashiers are a bunch of ex-drug users that can’t find work anywhere else because they are still fighting their addictions. Kendra needs to do better , she has been working there for years (and most probably will be for the rest of her life) but her anttitude is disgusting and very unprofessional. When I tried to pay with cash she began to act “Rachet” as can be.. never have I experienced customer service this bad.Stay Away from this Ghetto infested location that should have been shut down years ago. Don’t come to work if you have attitude problems. And please Dollar Tree get some people that know how to interact with customers in a friendly way.

  Ok, after reading other reviews I now know it isn't just me. I didn't get the manager's name but he was very rude. I don't know if it was because he actually had to do some work, foul mood or just doesn't like people of color. My suggestion is gets a better attitude before he gets the right one to deal with him. Or the store just needs better management since it was in disarray. I will go to Mesquite from now on.

  Not sure if they were getting robbed or if someone was stealing but the man started yelling for the police to be called the suspect started fighting them some of was basically forced to stay in the whole some was allowed to run n leave which pissed me tf off cause me and a mother with 3 small children really wanted to leave and felt we were in danger. And they stopped us from leaving because they wanted to stop the suspect instead of protecting the customers

  The staff that works in this specific store are the worst, they treat the customer very badly, they are very rude without any education or respect, I will never return to this store as long as those people are working, it is better to look for another location and go to another store, this one I don't know I recommend it to anyone
