I bought a few things out of the store on Sunnyvale about 2 weeks ago, two of my items, I needed to return, I asked the cashier when I walked into the store, what was their return policy, she said you had to have your receipt, which I did have, so I preceeded to get in line, only to be told by the cashier that she couldn't read some number on the receipt, the lil ole stupid visor, she confided with, look at my receipt and said with frowns in his face and forehead, said nall I can't refund that, first and foremost, his attitude was worse than the cashier, the total of my return on both items was less than $10!! Hell people steal more out that store than what I was trying to return!! with a receipt!! Customer Service Sucks in our neighborhood ? if the stupid visor was any good, he would have found a way to refund me my money!! You could read the receipt and see the prices of the items I had bought,
I won't ever go there again, I'll drive out of my way, just to get better service going forward, there was no way I was gonna argue with them, a number they couldn't read on my receipt!!! so I told them, just to throw the items away and I left
Satan is forever busy ugly attitudes and all..

That idiot of a worker named Jamel need to be fired immediately if you Don’t like your mf job quit that shid. Hate to throw another brother under the bus but this particular individual have no customer service and respect for business; thanks to the Mexican dude at the front who was very helpful and professional he definitely deserve a raise but that individual named Jamel need to be fired ASAP business nd personal emotion don’t mix leave your personal emotion at home nd get the job done cuz that’s same job that put roof over your head nd put food in your family mouth be grateful dam ingrate. You will loose plenty of customers having individuals like Jamel at that job.

I understand that employees don't like the added stress of last minute shoppers but y'all gotta stop closing the store 10 minutes before closing time. I just got off work & this is the only chance I have to do stuff.

I would like to express sincere gratitude to Ms Marquez the Manager at this store. For made shopping at this location a better experience. I needed her help locating my lost purse after my visit the day before . She was so nice about it. She’s the best manager yet this store has had. I pray for her and the hold crew .We need kind and business minded people. It’s very hard to find this combination now days. Thank u Ms Marquez :) may God bless u all.

Awesome manager very helpful great service they do everything they canUpdate changing my 5 star to a one star new map new manager Hispanic lady is very rude the nice purchases even when the policy is showing to them she denies purchases and is very rude about it I didn't have a problem last year until this year

This store is always like this not one day that it is clear to walk through. Some days it's completely stuffed with carts and boxes that you can't even walk through half of the store. It's like if they don't have any storage In the back. Big lines just to get to the register. Definitely need better management and employees.

The female staff was very friendly and would open the restroom for use. restroom was relatively clean. when you come to drop your kids at Barrack Obama leadership academy.. n waiting. .there are not may placed even to go bathroom but this one was welcoming and they do have Starbucks coffee :)
