Latin American woman working the register should be fired immediately. She lacks professional in every way, I understand this is a dollar store but is it really necessary to be rude to every single customer. Third time I've had a bad experience with her as well as other people I know. Me and a few customers were waiting for her at rhe register and calling her and she rudely told us to wait and she comes texting like her phone is more important and still continues to be on the phone while checking us out. I will not be returning to this location.

This morning at the Dollar General i stepped on the biggest tack there ever was and when I told the cashier she acted like it wasn't a big deal but I'm diabetic. She told me that the workers don't have any control over what's on the floor in the store that they're working in the store in. If my foot gets infected then what?

Love the customer service the cashier Tichawonna was helpful she greeted me when walked in store she also asked me if I needed help finding anything, she also walked me to the item, awesome customer service. It was a lady with blonde hair pulled back she was rude acted like she didn't hear me when I asked a question the cashier had a customer and had to go back to her register.

The old lady with white hair and glasses was very rude . The door was open and a security guard was the the front and I went straight in and once I wad in the lady told me to get out because I had my baby with me and they were moving stuff. There were other customers in the store and others checking out but since I had my baby I was being kicked out. This is very sad

I gave it 2 stars because I was greeted when I walked in by the cashier a lady with glasses and a high puff and I was helped by a nice sales associate. I wished I asked their name but they had blondish locs I believe.. but that’s it!! Inventory all over the place and what I am assuming is the manager shorter middle aged lady with silver hair was not only unhelpful but rude as well. Having a dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism leaves no question as to why this store is in disarray. Go some where else.

I placed a online order on Tuesday to pick up on Wednesday afternoon. I did this a lot at another location in another city where I used to live. It was convenient. I noticed that a never got a txt about the order and kept frequenting the App to see the progress of the order. Nothing. So 30 minutes before pick up time I call DG customer service and cancel the order. I go to the store where I placed the order just to get the stuff myself. As I walk in there’s trash and so much disorganization I was shook. I get a cart and proceed to get my stuff, come across an employee and ask her about DG pickup and she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. There’s no designated place that I can see for pick up, as in my other DG store there was. Very disappointed, I’m going to find another DG Store even if it’s a few miles further. I forgot to mention that I did try to call the store several times to no avail and then I called customer service.

They show 10 PM as closing time, and closed door at 9:26 pm !!
