Had a huge dilemma with my tires I gave them a call, explained my situation and the manager himself told me to come on by and they will take care of my tire switch! The day brought rain and flooding, I was not the only one with a tire problem and seemed that all garages had a car getting serviced.
Customer service greeted me and gave me a great deal; they got to my car within minutes of my arrival.
Mind you they unmounted and remounted 8 tires and had me out of there within 20 minutes!
I will definitely recommend this place for speedy service, great staff, and amazing management! Thank you so much!!

This location is as good as it gets, I came in Thursday with a nail in my back rear tire, unfortunately it was out of range for a patch, the salesman helped me find the perfect replacement tire, and made the process super easy and stress less! HUGE shoutout to Omar and Alex. You guys rock!

If you want a detailed review, keep reading for the good the bad and the ugly.
I wanted to give my experience 2.5 stars, but that isn't an option, and we always round up, so here you go.
I want to start by saying this place gets 5 stars for friendliness. I called in at about 10:55 a.m. and asked if I could get 4 new tires put on my vehicle. The man over the phone said, "Absolutely, I think someone canceled their 11:30. Let me check." While he was checking, I asked about how long 4 tires mounted and balanced would take, he replied."Oh, with an appointment, less than an hour." I was pleased with what I heard and said ok let's book the appointment. He let me know the opening was at noon, not 11:30, and I was fine with that since a sub-1 hour labor time would still give me plenty of time for my schedule. I then asked if they could do the alignment. He said they recently started offering that, and he could add it on the whole thing, which would take less than 2 hours. About 1.5 hours, he said.
I arrived at the facility at 11:40 with 2 people in "line" ahead of me, 1 employee behind the counter, and there are 4 total computers behind the 2 counters. The one employee is helping a customer who had been there for a while. I look into the work bay, I see 1 car being worked on with 6 workers, 2 in black, and 4 in red chatting in front of that car. I stand in line till about 12:10 to "check in" for my appointment.
I sit down and start watching anime since I am assuming, because my appointment was at noon, I was there 20 minutes early and got "checked in" 10 minutes late, that I would immediately be pulled into 1 of the 3 or 4 open bays so they can start on my vehicle...
Fast forward to 12:55 and I asked an employee what is hlhoing on because from MY PERSPECTIVE, I waited 30 minutes after getting here 20 minutes early for my appointment and now it is almost an hour after my appointment, and I still see 1 car being worked on a bunch of open bays and no one has started my vehicle... this looks pretty bad from my pov. He assured me that I was next after the vehicle in that bay.
20 minutes later, they finally pull my car in to do the tires. Doesn't take very long for them to do the tires, then one of the mechanics pulls my car to the front, walks in, and hands me my keys. I look at him in confusion, "Did you guys do the alignment already?" he replied with,"Oh, you wanted to get it aligned?" I was like, yes, the guy up front said he put it on the ticket. He then went to repark my car because in the time they finished the tires and brought up my car, they put someone else on the only alignment lift they had, so I had to wait till the other vehicle finished, so that they could do mine, 45 minutes later they pull my car in, do the alignment and then I guess they parked it in the back row away from my vision. I am sitting there for another almost 30 minutes when the guy who helped me over the phone walked in and said, "Didn't they call you yet?" No one had called my name or anything, and they kept claiming they did. I am sitting here watching the door everytime someone walks in, no way zi missed my name being called. Then he goes to grab my paper work and keys, and they LOST my keys. I wait around another 10 minutes as they have 4 people looking for the keys. FInally, they come back with my keys and let me know they were left in the vehicle that they worked on after mine. I paid and left. Then I realized they never gave me a breakdown of my alignment or any of the work they did. So I thwn DROVE BACK to blget my alignment before and after sheet, turns out I have a bent tierod and a sized rear camber bolt and they couldn't get my alignment within "all green" specs. I asked a young man Jamie when my vehicle would be next and he turned around and told me when he got to it he could have directed me to the manager that was at the front handling the customers and instead he was rude to me. The manager on duty immediately handled the situation but one person can make your experience a bad one I was there over 2 hours to get four rims put on my truck. Which I bought there. Everybody else was awesome except for this one young man

Went in for my occasional tire air pressure check, of which Discount Tire prides themselves on providing this most important preventative maintenance service free of charge - to anyone; NOT Just paying customers.
Look, it's Discount Tire. There are many other similar type tire shops, that may appear to try to be like Discount Tire, but there is really only one Discount Tire. Do yourself a favor, check your car tires' air pressure at least every 6 months, and buy your tires at Discount Tire. If you ever need an unexpected emergency service, you know that they will always be around to back their products, no matter what store you bought your tires from.

They are working hard to take care of me now that they are open and I'm here. To be fair, a manager was not here when they sent me away.
Just do NOT have an emergency and stop by on Good Friday. They will laugh at you and your flat tire while they play football in the parking lot. They wouldn't even let me park my car so I could call someone to come get me. That's some truly Christian behavior right there!!
I had a low tire and stopped in to have it checked. I fully expected to be charged something for the very thorough check of a four of my tires. I mean, my new car didn't even have their tires on it. However, they charged me nothing because I had always been a loyal customer.
I'll definitely go back when it's time to replace my tires.

The worst service I have ever received, I was waiting for two hours, because my car passed through a flat tire… others left and my car never passed. I was waiting for approximately two hours.
