What an amazing experience! Matt was so helpful. He took his time explaining everything to me. We probably looked at over 30 different stones before deciding on the perfect one for my engagement ring. I cant thank him enough. It turned out perfect. Highly recommended for Matt offers a wild selection of custom cut diamonds like I’ve never seen before. Truly worth the drive and he even had the state of Texas cut in diamond, super cool.

If you’re looking for an engagement ring, I’m sure your SO has been browsing social media and the internet trying to figure out what she wants/doesn’t want. Take her to Mike and he will cut through all that internet crap and get you the custom ring she wants. He’s legit!

Had a great experience with Mike. He was able to meet a tight turnaround time for a custom design. He was very knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured at all through the process which I know is not always the case when buying engagement rings. I am very happy with how the ring turned out and my fiancée loves it too.

Mike is responsive, personable, and generous. I was trying to find someone willing to repair my engagement ring (lab diamond) and clear and unknot some precious gold jewelry for me. I found Diamond Room of Dallas on Google, called, and Mike answered and directed me to his office. I dropped the items off and he has them ready the next business day. He did a perfect job, and didn’t even charge. It is clear he loves what he does, and genuinely wants to help people. Will be going to him for any jewelry needs moving forward!

This was a great experience. Going in, I had no idea what to expect, but Mike was there and helped streamline the process every step of the way. He was not pushy, and clearly knows a lot about his industry. We had a consultation where he was very informative and gave his opinions where I needed them. My now fiancée wanted “classic and timeless,” and Mike helped me deliver exactly that. After we decided on a cut, he sat with me as I analyzed several diamonds and found the perfect one. Then I got a rendering, asked for some adjustments, and got exactly what I was looking for in the second rendering. The outcome was a beautiful ring that was delivered in a tight turnaround. I highly recommend the Diamond Room, they will not disappoint.
