Don't order a pastrami Reuben sandwich here. Just had a Reuben, hot dog and a bag of chips. Paid $33.00. Four slices of pastrami that was like shoe leather and tasteless. Over cooked, left over garbage.

This was my first visit here, and it blew my mind on the available cuts of protein they have at the facility. I purchased several items for my family and cooked them the same day - they were outstanding! The customer service was excellent, pleasant, and detailed. I will continue coming to this wonderful butcher shop to improve my health with excellent quality protein.

It’s all the best of the best. The service, product and cleanliness stand out. Pricing is more than fair for the quality. There are always surprises in the selection of meats. They have trappings that you wouldn’t expect at a butcher shop. It’s a foodie’s heaven. They offer gourmet, house made sides and appetizers. So many of the things you see on cooking shows that you’ve never heard of or seen in life are there. I couldn’t be a bigger fan.

Unbelievably great shop. Steaks are amazing. The BEST chorizo (red and green) and breakfast sausage. Olives, frozen pastas, duck fat all winners.

Just got 2 ribeyes, amazing!! You can tell the quality difference. You always pay for what you get, seasoned at room temp, pan crusted then finished in oven, wow.

Went by for the 1st time Friday afternoon and was very impressed with their selection of meats and poultry. They also have a great selection of homemade sausage and brats. Picked up a little bit of everything and so far everything has been awesome!

This is a gold mine, the only butcher, my first time but definitely not my last visit. I am looking forward to trying everything they have to offer. My first impression was it doesn't smell like a butcher shop. It's so fresh and clean. There's no smell of death or raw meat. Do yourself a favor and stop by and look around. You will be very Happy with what you find.

I was driving around checking out this new area I have never been to before and I had to do a quick turn around after I saw the words "butcher shop". I'm so glad I did, as I approached the building you can tell it's a legit butcher shop and when you enter the shop, it feels like your in butcher heaven, there was tomahawks on display as well as pork belly and briskets. They have a variety of different cuts here and also dry age meats. I managed to get some pork belly and a habenero sweet rub for it to smoke here in the nextt few days. This spot is a hidden Gem and I'm super happy I encountered it. There is plenty here! Different flavor sausage, whole chickens, organic Sriracha sauce, seasonings, jellys, and the quality of the foods looked superb as I tried to glance at everything that I could. When speaking to the butcher he was very knowledgeable and educated me on the grade of briskets and comparable prices amongst the area. I will definetly be returning to check out some items I might have missed as well for more pork belly and briskets!

An absolute gem. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and their selection is excellent. In my experience outside what’s in the case they’re able to procure just about anything if you ask. I feel lucky to live as close as I do but would drive much farther to still shop here.

Heads down the best local meat shop in the area! We love going here and getting cuts of steak for our nice steak nights or if we know we are hosting events where we need a good quality meat- this is our go to place. The employees have always been professional and knowledgeable with their products and very helpful. They also have a frozen section where you can also purchase items that are ready to go (just frozen). Our favorite is the blueberry breakfast sausage patties. They always end up selling out - but they are so good !!
