This is my second review for Dee & Hattie. If you're looking for a cheap dry cleaner, this is not your place. They are a SPECIALTY cleaner, because they are experts in what they do. Yes, their prices are on the high side, but you certainly get what you pay for. I bring all my nicer quality garments here and they have worked miracles. My clothing always looks beautifully finished and they have never lost anything. The staff is also friendly and helpful. You wouldn't take your Mercedes through 7-11 car wash. If you have a problematic stain or a favorite garment, don't take it to a cheap dry cleaner. Try Dee & Hattie instead; you'll be glad you did.

I asked some friends where I could take a few of my nice dresses to be cleaned and they told me Dee & Hattie. They are more expensive but it was worth it to have it done right. I had taken some similar items to a cheaper place and ended up regretting it. You get what you pay for. Danielle took the time to talk with me about my concerns and answered my million questions. They definitely know garments and stains. I have been back several times since then and I'm very satisfied. This is not a cheapo rush job place but experienced and good at what they do.Services: Laundry wash & fold

I have used Dee and Hattie's for over 30years. I wouldn't think of taking my suits and dress slacks anywhere else. Yes, their prices are higher than many others; but compared to the cost of replacing a suit or jacket made slick by sloppy ironing, their prices are a bargain.

Just totally unprofessional. They lost/misplaced one of the 4 shirts I took to be cleaned. They have the worst customer service, the lady told me that if it was for her, she would let me inside the place to look for my own shirt. They charge an arm and a leg and take a long time to do the work. I had to make two trips to get all my stuff from them. Just the worst experience for me. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Please do not use this dry cleaner. I tried DEE & Hattie at the recommendation a friend. I had a few 'precious' pieces I wanted special attention and care. One item, a jacket, was 'spot cleaned' with a harsh chemical, bleeding the natural dye all over the front of the jacket, essentially ruining it. I am still waiting modest compensation some 6 weeks later as the owner is 'on vacation'. Down and dirty, this is a $1 dry cleaner, charging exorbitant prices (Example: $52 for a shirt) with discourteous ownership and little/no regard its customer.

I remember as a child my mother used Dee and Hattie for all of our cleaning...Mother stored her fur coat there during the warmer months... Their service is unmatched with any other dry cleaners....They are Amazing Specialty Cleaners...

Took an expensive suit there on the recommendation of a sales clerk. Never again. They shrunk that suit horribly.
