We had our wedding at DEC last weekend and the venue was spectacular!! A large covered rooftop with a stunning view of downtown and overall, a unique beautiful space. A couple we know held their wedding there a few years back & we wanted to find something comparable without repeating their idea. The truth is, that other place does not exist. There is nothing like it in town. Over the years, I played in "Wedding Bands" and REFUSED to get married in an empty ballroom (no matter how upscale) with a bunch of round tables with the skirt & bow strapped over cafeteria chairs. DEC was the answer. Kalli Brooks was beyond amazing. From ease of booking and catering within the venue, she made everything SO seamless. Down to each & every tiny request the day of the event, she was calm, cool & happy to accommodate. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the food was terrific. Another unique thing is you can supply complimentary beer & wine while guests can order cocktails at the cash bar downstairs. We couldn't find that at any other event space. We couldn't be any happier we chose DEC and can't imagine holding the event anywhere else. If there was a 6th star in the rating, I would give it a 7. Outstanding and highly recommended !!!!

Carlos the bartender , went above and beyond to make my sister wedding unforgettable! His exceptional hospitality, expertly crafted cocktails, and warm personality made our reception a joyous and memorable celebration. What an amazing experience at DEC on dragon! Carlos's hospitality was top-notch. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The venue was amazing , but Carlos's service took it to the next level. He's a true professional and a master of his craft. If you're looking for a great spot with exceptional service, look no further than DEC on dragon and ask for Carlos. He'll take care of you like family! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give him 10 stars if I could!"

Visited once and want to go back. Nice rooftop, crowd and establishment. Not too far from another popular night club. This spot seems more attractive for a summer time hangout.

Shout out to Kalli and the DEC team! My wedding was about 2 weeks ago and it decided to rain on us. One of the reasons we chose this venue was it's beautiful view of the skyline. But as promised, Kalli and her team worked with my day-of coordinator and delivered a beautiful event. The food and drinks were very good and plentiful and we did eventually get to see that gorgeous view.
The experience and interactions leading up to the day were also top-notch.

We booked DEC for our wedding and we are still dreaming about all the details 2 months later. Our venue coordinator for DEC was Kalli and she was an ABSOLUTE GEM. Literally my favorite personnel to work with. She was soooo kind and gracious throughout the entire process( 1 year worth to be exact)!!! Chef did an AMAZING job with the multi cultural food. We have guests still talking about our menu and food till this day. Venue, food, staff- 100 stars if I could!

Dec on Dragon is a great venue for someone looking for an urban feel with a great view of the Dallas Skyline. We photographed a wedding here recently an it was gorgeous and the team at the venue was helpful and took great care of us.
