During the course of our relationship, David became much more than a realtor to us; he became a personal friend. David Bush and his team are, hands down, the best realtors I’ve worked with. They are the gold standard for homes in Lakewood, the M Streets, and White Rock, both buying and selling, and David negotiated a fantastic price and sale terms for us. He proactively addressed potential issues/repairs, and ran the entire process without me having to do much of anything. David seemed unappeciative of my business.Didn't show up on closing day.No written thank you note or thank you gift.Seemed more interested in getting a good deal for the wealthy buyers than working to get me the best price for my house.Several times I went to my house and found doors left unlocked.
