It’s hard to know even where to start describing the standard of Ramiro's attentive service. The IT world is broken beyond belief: lots of snake oil peddlers who don't listen and don't care, and who are only in it to bill as many hours as possible. Lots of them have no idea what they're doing in the first place: I had three separate other professionals come and look at my computer issue prior to Ramiro. All three went down rabbit holes that were completely off base: when Ramiro walked in, I explained to him their theories as to what was wrong, and in 30 seconds he had immediately identified that those were not the issues at all, and what the issue was. He came to my home in the late evening as soon as he saw my texts asking for help (my computer was needed badly for a time-sensitive affair at work): 9:30 p.m. he showed up and worked diligently and expertly on my issue. He took my computer and returned it good as new the next day. The cost was 1/3rd of what it easily could have been and 1/10th of what I would have happily paid for the service (raise your prices Ramiro, trust me).For those of us who lack the time to become experts in computers ourselves, and so we need qualified help and sage counsel when these devices don't perform properly, Ramiro is like a lighthouse in the storm. Compared the other techs who didn't listen, guessed around, and missed the mark, he's in a completely different category of quality and service.Ramiro didn't just repair my computer, he repaired my standard of expectations as to what IT assistance can and should be. Will never use anyone else as long he's still in the business.

I had Ramiro change out the hard drive of my laptop. It went smoothly, which is what the second star is for.I also had an external drive that I needed to recover data from. After a month and a couple of reminders, Ramiro said he was not able to recover any data. Fine - I needed my drive back so I could have someone else try. It has now been more than 3 months of multiple follow-ups by email, text, voicemail; the guy has completely stopped responding and hasn't returned my drive.

Perfect ! Ramiro knew exactly what the problem was, he explained what he was going to do to address it and fixed it in no time. He saved me a lot of money in coming months.
