I have bought several vintage figures from Dallas Vintage Toys over the past year or so and I have never been let down! Their staff is very friendly and responsive whenever I needed to ask for help. Sadly I have not had a chance to stop by in person since I am pretty far from Dallas, but their online site is very easy to use. Their prices are very reasonable and you are assured a good quality collectible when you buy from them.

A great company to deal with. I am out of state and shop their website regularly. First, they have a great selection that is always getting added to. Second, the prices are competitive and decent. Third. I order and they get my order out to me in a quick manner, and that is with standard shipping. Again, super happy with the purchases I have made, and dealing with this team. I look forward to making it down to Texas and seeing the store in person! Keep it up you guys!

If it's rare and you want it, they probably have one. Fun shop to check out. Decent prices on most stuff, the vintage is priced at the going rate, maybe slightly higher. I picked up some GI Joe Sky Patrol figures, very happy with those.

We wished we lived near a store like this. We live in Nashville but visit Dallas often. Today was our last time in the area for a long time. This store has it all! If you have a genera to collect, they have something for you. We spent over $100, and as we are leaving, they tell my husband they think they have something he will like. Sure enough, they did, and he bought it. Then another man did the same thing and again my husband bought that too! Don't bring your collector husband here unless you have a couple of $100 to spend! Hahaha

Very nice store with lots of selection of vintage toys. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Store is well lit and clean and you can definitely find something for everyone! Great collector store!

After years of wanting to go to Dallas vintage toys we were finally in Dallas on spring break vacation and I broke away from the family with an afternoon ready to toy hunt and with a blank check.The afternoon at Dallas vintage toys was brutal. My guess is that it was bc I was not a regular. They offered no help, filming social media videos and taking in trades, and when I asked for help in was minimal. After I gathered up about 600$ worth of toys they refused a 5% discount and I felt like it was arbitrary. Like the guy with the beard (not the owner) made random decisions on how he felt at that moment. It's like what I saw one of the big social media toy sites guys say in his video. Customers will go down the street and pay 20% more if they feel like sales people are just blowing them off.It was overall very disappointing, I don't think these guys realize that not everyone can come to the store regularly to buy toys, when some of us get out it's a special occasion to finally be able to spend money on toys. A little humility and some interest in your customers would go a long way.PS: I did not leave poor feedback because of a discount it's about poor customer interaction which is obvious from Shaun's defensive response's on all of his low ratings. Leadership attitude and misinterpretation of my feedback is reflected in the employees. Also noteworthy in the owner response is that they don't give discounts to "everyone", like I pointed out, arbitrary and based on if you know them.

My favorite toy store in Texas. They have a huge selection, lots of cool displays and the prices are reasonable. The owner is fun to chat up too. Highly recommend them!
