I had an accident where the car still turned over and moved. He arrived within 30 minutes and was very nice. However, he took advantage of my situation and forced me to pay $400 for a tow that was less than 10 miles away. Dirty BusinessEDIT: the owners response is a lie. He did not mention the price, he said he "would have to see the damage," before he could give a price. I was not afraid of being impounded, the police officer was leaving. However, when he got there, he stopped the cop from leaving, then came to me and said "they want me to impound it if you don't have me take it somewhere now." Still never mentioning the price, so I said fine take it to the address less than 10 miles away. It wasn't until we got there that he said $400 cash (conveniently cash) or he will take it to his tow yard. Use this guy if you want, but the minute you see his face, you'll see who is telling the truth.

Extremely rude. I was calling to locate my friend vehicle. They didn't understand me and hung up on me. Thought I was the police. I tried calling back, this company is extremely unprofessional.Update: I never said I was arrested and never said the police impounded the vehicle. My friend was arrested and his car was left at a hotel. That's when you cut me off and wouldn't listen. The police didn't not impound the vehicle. You were very rude and did not listen, even hung up on me! I tried calling back and you refused to answer.

Very expensive $265 is what we paid for road side assistance flat tire replacement, the 2 lug nuts where a little stripped they where not badly stripped at all! They where not rounded and didn’t need to be cut or drilled out, legit only had to switch to a different different socket size and charged us an additional charge. he says additional tools where used BS This guys business is shady AF. Most expensive tire replacement ever! Don’t recommend you can subscribe to AAA today for $119 and get free tire replacement same day. I will say he was quick to the location and took him less than 5 minutes.

outstanding service!other companies quoting 3+ hours to pick up my car. this company picked me up in 25 minutes, driver was personable, truck was very clean inside and out, and gave me a good price. will most definitely use over and over again (within reason, hopefully i won't have so many cars that break down)!Service: Car towing

I just have a Question do you also tow dump trailers in case if trailer breaks down on the road. Please reply back. I am only asking this because not all towing companies tow dump trailers. I am self employed and have multiple dump trailers.

truly impressed I am by the speed, service, and price of Dallas Towing. They took care of me in and got me to a dealership in less than an hour. Personal thanks and gratitude to Allen the driver. He was extremely helpful. I will be recommending this company.

I had a good experience with Dallas Towing service. My car had a dead battery and I needed it towed to the repair mechanic. The driver was very responsive and making an appointment was quite easy, despite the stress of dealing with my car. I found his towing price to be reasonable and will call them again if I need towing services.

Very affordable, fast and friendly. The only towing company that answered their phone for us when we were stranded. We are beyond pleased with their service. We also called them a second time.

It was a great experience and I would use them again. They showed up within the 30 mins as promised. Other companies quoted me hours. Driver handled my car with care and professionalism. I rode with him in his truck to the tire shop, and his truck was clean and comfortable.
