I just wanted to say thank you to Dallas Texas Caregivers for providing my family with a very skilled nurse (Mrs. Cheyenne), who serviced us same-day with a last minute procedure. I appreciate the expertise, care, and convenience of the service provided to my elderly father. Truly a blessing to our family! I will be referring them to others, as well as Utilize them again in the future.

From the first few minutes that I talked to Nick, (the director of services) I could tell he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. The initial concerns I might have had about the caregivers that would take care of my father quickly melted away.Esther was able to calmly handle a few unexpected challenges during the time she was taking care of my father. She looked for ways that would help keep my father safe. She showed him respect through her words and actions.Maurice patiently helped encourage my father as he regained his strength. His dedication and commitment to giving my father quality care was much appreciated.Nick went above and beyond what I would have ever expected for someone in his position. He gave my father and his staff help in person, a phone call or text. This kind of support and encouragement made such a big difference.
