Poor service over the call - person who answered the phone had an attitude from the start, was not very helpful at all, and when I told her its a good idea to put someone on hold while yelling and talking to co-workers in the back, she said "Better you find other movers" and put down the phone - beware - if the person answering the phone has an attitude like this - you can only imagine what the crew will be like...

I’ve used Monarca Movers 2x now to move out of an 1b/1b apartment and then a 1b/1.5 bath condo. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future! Both units had stairs w/o an elevator and the team was prepared with 2 or 3 guys and all the equipment. They’re careful with your furniture, on time, wrap everything in blankets, and load/unload properly. They’re also efficient and so friendly. Audiel’s so nice and has great positive energy! Moving’s stressful enough so having a good and nice team makes it more enjoyable.

Best movers in Dallas! This was my first time ever getting movers and now my standards for service will always be so high. They were super efficient, price was great, and just lovely people. None of my items were damaged and they were communicative on what they were doing. They took extra precautions and wrapped my larger items in packing blankets even though I was just moving down the road. With no hesitation I will hire them again for any future moves in Dallas and recommend them to anyone!!

Monarca Movers are the best movers in Dallas! They were super easy to work with and were happy to help with moving all my furniture, hanging a TV, and a painting. They were able to get my large couch up a tiny stair case. I definitely recommend for movers in Dallas!

These guys were AMAZING! It took 3 guys just a little over 3 hour to move us out of our two bedroom apartment and into our new townhouse. They arrived on time, were professional, and speedy! I can’t recommend them enough. We will be using them again if we ever need to move again.
