I have tried and tried to cancel this subscription but you have to call and get someone to answer. I'm about $100 in now with unwanted news. HAVE A WAY TO UNSUBSCRIBE ONLINE!!! Terrible way to do business

Paper is super bias. Been a subscriber since 1997 when I moved here, and it has gotten so bad recently. Every article is one sided and pushes woke talking points. Paper will not be around for much longer and their new operations leadership are mostly woke hires who are not skilled at their trade and only hired for the image. You except print media to be kind of bias but not this bad.

Try to steal money from you after you cancel. Continue to bill you erroneously and incorrectly. Customer service is useless. I'll never use this paper again

In the 40 years with this paper, this is the worst that the delivery has been. To receive a hard copy is nearly a waste of time; we must search bushes and hedges and it could be wet. The delivery person can't seem to deliver my tv weekly magazine which is paid for in advance. What a waste of money. Complete frustration and disappointment . If we could we would DRIVE and pick up a paper from the drug store.

Predatory online subscription services for their digital edition. Do no sign up unless you expect to have to jump through many hoops to cancel.

Poor service. Sunday paper comes after 8:30 a.m. I asked for my Puzzle Book after my daily service was on hold for vacation for one week. The News won't send it or deliver it to me because it was during the time it was being held. I had asked for the papers to be bundled & delivered after vacation, but they weren't, so asked for compensation on my subscription. My subscription was extended . Then I was asked if there was anything else the paper could do. I said I want my Puzzle Book which they agreed to deliver. Still no Puzzle Book and was definitively told that they can't do it. I've been a customer for over 20 yrs. The subscription is about $1000. a year and yet they nickel and dime me on a $7. Puzzle Book. I will not be renewing my subscription.

Go woke, go broke. Nothing but CNN talking points and propaganda. If a journalist has an original thought... fired.

I signed up for a trial period to try out the online newspaper. When I went to cancel, there is no place to cancel online. I sent them an e-mail and they replied that I can't cancel through e-mail. I called customer service to cancel and was put on hold 3 times for a total of 45 minutes. All just to cancel my account. Horrid customer service.

I shouldn't even give them one star. They throw daily papers every week after I've called them 10 times for them to stop throwing them. What is their problem? Do they not understand???

All the other reviews encapsulate my entire experience. Takes over an hour to cancel a subscription, and they're only available during work hours. Jenny from the cancellation department continued to insult my intelligence and suggest I would be ignorant to the goings on of the world without my precious DMN subscription... seriously. They are the leading example for why newspapers are dying -- arrogance, ignorance, terrible customer service, all without adding anything of value to the circulation of news.

We are so disappointed. We moved from Colorado Springs where our newspaper The Gazette was delivered like clockwork - even in the snow. We subscribed to the Dallas Morning News when we moved here for Wednesdays and Sundays. That was 6 weeks ago and we have had the paper delivered 3 times. Every other time we have had to call - many times each time - and report a missing paper. Even that has been disappointing. Sometimes it arrives and sometimes not. We have gone out and purchased Sunday papers even though we have already paid for one with our subscription. We've talked with customer service and have been assured that they keep track of missing papers and will contact the delivery person. Well, that has not helped - if that was even done. And, no, reading it online while sitting on the couch sipping coffee is just not the way we want to do it. I do not recommend.

I have enjoyed my digital version of Dallas Morning News for some time now. But now that I'm moving and trying to cancel it, I'm frustrated beyond belief. I filled out the online form and requested a date for my subscription to stop. After filling everything out, I was sent a reply that I can't cancel online and must call the number. You can guess where that led: Basically nowhere since noone ever came on the line to address my request. I sent a request to have DMN contact me so I could cancel but of course that also went unanswered. With all the things I need to cancel and switch as I move the last thing I need is to have this hanging over my head as something I have yet to complete. I fear I'll subscribe to DMN forever just because I can't figure out how to cancel.
