Let me start of by saying Good Morning. I WILL LIKE TO GIVE A FIVE STAR REVIEW TO THE BEATIFUL YOUNG LADY MS.KENDRA. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE THE BEST IVE EVER HAD,SHE WAS ABLE TO HELP ASSIST ME IN EVERYTHING WITHOUT A SHOUT OF A DOUBT AND I SURELY RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT THEY WILL ENJOY THEY STAY AT THE MARRIOTT OFF STEMMONS. Our stay was remarkable over the weekend. Hussain provided my family and I with excellent service upon checking out as well. Everyone was so accommodating. The bar and restaurant also provided great service. We will be back!!

The rooms were fine. This hotel advertises a free airport shuttle but does not offer one and the staff - Kendra- refused to compensate me in any way despite the false advertisement and my Titanium status. The night auditor was very rude about my delivery driver from Uber coming in the hotel. The guy who checked me in was nice.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we come to Dallas. The staff is always so helpful and the rooms are perfect. I can not express how nice it is for the price!

Great location- however, at time of check in the representative was trying to take care of 3 people at same time. Unfortunately we were charged twice. Also we had complimentary coffee at 1030 which he said was free.
We had a spoon of eggs because nothing was left- and we were charged $21 each!!! I wish I had taken a picture of the breakfast but I had the small amount of eggs and maybe 5 pieces of melon. Horrible
I will call management as soon as I arrive home!

Not the level that I would expect from a Marriott. There is no ice machine, they pass out ziploc bags of ice when requested but they do run out. They did not have nearly enough towels. The rooms were clean, the hotel was conveniently located. The staff was exceptional. They were very accommodating and attentive to our request and really tried to assist us as best as they could. Our car was broken into, probably by kids and there are no cameras in the parking lot. However, the manager was very sensitive to our issue and assisted us with cleanup as best as he could. Overall an enjoyable stay

Stay here was okay. That's about I can say. However, there are Many Cons vs Pros that we experienced and will NOT be staying here again. 1st as a Guest of the hotel you have to pay $25 A Day for Parking. This is not mentioned anywhere on website and there is plenty of parking available. 2nd The WiFi sucked and lagged. 3rd Couch & Curtains had stains. 4th No Microwave or Ice Machine. 5th for how they nickel & dime you they could at least offer a Hot Free Breakfast and discounted parking. 6th kept stepping on staple from carpet thinning. Bottom of Bathroom door was warped from water from shower. We definitely WON'T stay here again.

PAYING TO PARK AT A HOTEL THAT I ALREADY PAID TO STAY AT CHAPS MY ASS. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY $25 EXTRA A DAY TO PARK AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. THE GIRL UPFRONT WAS NOT SO FRIENDLY HONESTLY. I WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

You WILL receive a $82 ticket in the mail!!!
!!!!ALL VEHICLES WILL RECEIVE $82 ticket in the mail!!!
The hotel WILL TICKET you in the mail for having your car parked here REGARDLESS if you register the vehicle.
I had planned to come here days in advance!
I even have the email where I sent my plate number because they told me in advance that “If I don’t send my plate number I’ll be given a ticket in the mail”
I was told all this so I had sent it.
2 Weeks later a ticket comes in the mail!!!
What????
I literally gave you my plate number!!!
They’ll do anything they can squeeze money out of you!
Do not come here and deal with this headache.
After calling this hotel nonstop someone finally answers. And they hunged up because it’s not their problem!!
*And THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME
They have a whole email set up to send the letter to! Where NOTHING will get resolved!!
*which they do NOTHING about because they don’t have access to it???
*PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT COME HERE!!!
*if you recently move or dont have access to your old postal address this will be sent to your address without you ever knowing!!!
*Which will be then send to collections if you never see this in your mail!!!
*What a terrible scam they are running to get more money out of you!!!

EXREMELY rude and passes the blame to corporate.
I’ve contacted corporate: they just hang up and don’t care
Corporate DOES NOT CARE!
And passes blame to the hotel.
The ticket company: you can’t even call and speak to someone. It goes straight to voicemail.
The Marriott has fail at all levels.
