The Rome looked like a crime scene. They're was dried blood on the floor they're were roaches crawling on the walls, and there were burned marks on the bathtub as if incense or cigarettes had been laying there it also. Stayed at Dallas love field inn, due to being on a budget. Not only is it disgusting with the floors being dirty and the sheets as well, you get surprise guests at your door like Llewellyn in no country for old men, you better hope you're carrying as alot of sketchy people outside, you've been warned!

First of all when you walk in the lobby , the dude has a attitude , I didn’t have my hard copy id just the paper so he charged me $15 extra , top of that the room was dirty ! Stains on the wall and my bed sheets have holes . I paid $120 for the room not even have a microwave or fridge . went back to get my deposit in the morning and he argued with me about it because I didn’t have my key card and I told him it was in the room . I stayed here because it was near the airport and the pictures makes it look like it's nicer that what it really is ...I stayed in room 111 and it had bullet holes in the walls by the door. The duvet cover had a cigarette burn and the bathroom was dirty. The office was super dark and gloomy and I had to wait a while for someone to help me check in.

DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE BEWARE I WAS SCHEDULED TO STAY THERE FOR 11 DAYS I ONLY STAYED 3 I WAS MOVED TO THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS THE 3 DAYS I WAS THERE THE FIRDT ROOM THEIR WAS A MOUSE ALL IN MY TOOM LITERALLY ON THE DESK NEXT TO MY BED I WENT TO OFFIVE TO COMPLAIN THEN THE MOVED ME TO A ROOM THAT WASNT DONE PAINT PEELINGS EVERYWHERE NO BATHROOM DOOR AND AGAIN A MOUSE RAN ACROSS THE FLOOR BUT IT WAS 4 AM I WAS TIRED AND WENT TO BED THE LASTNIGHT THERE I LITERALLY WATCHED A MOUSE GO IN AND OUT OF THE WALL AND THAT WAS IT I WAS FED UP I GOT MY STUFF AND LEFT WENT TO AKS FOR A REFUND FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHTS THAT I WASNT GOING TO BE THERE THEY GAVE ME A RECIPT AND SAID 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS ITS BEEN 20 AND STILL NO REFUND EVERYTIKE I CALL THEM THEY SAY THEY SENT IT OR THEY NEED THE MANAGER APPROVAL LIE AFTER LIE AGAIN IM GIVING YOU MY WORST DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!!!!!!!

Customers beware. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Booking messed up the dates and the hotel cancelled for a no show even though I showed up. They would not refund nor rebook, they wanted a new payment and to keep the old. He was very rude about it so my sister called and asked for management's number and the man's name. He refused to give us his last name and hung up the phone when he said we needed to call the same number we called and I had said I did call this number. I know it's cheap but it has 2 stars for a reason. I was able to get a full refund through the booking app and will be getting in touch with the BBB and upper management to make formal complaints on the business for the treatment alone.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my entire life. Lots of noises outside due to sketchy people, oh and also locks don’t work! Security: -1/10 I had to put a chair as extra “security”. This place should be close permanently, I couldn’t even sleep because of the noise, if you are on a budget and you are staying in Dallas for one night, stay at the airport instead it’s way better than this place

They get to decide if they want to refund you or not even when you don't check in to the property and the price double if you are to pay in person. Customer service was horrible. Would not recommend . I should've read reviews first. I only booked to fuk a bit that they house on property but her kids wouldn't go to sleep. A quick fuk.

This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. The sheets and blankets were dirty, marked with cigarette stains, and the room floor was plagued by yellow and orange fungi. The shower curtains and shower floor were in the same unsanitary condition. Adding to the discomfort, the lights would randomly turn on and off. Seeking a change, I went to the reception, but they claimed they had neither clean sheets nor another available room. To top it off, a fire alarm went off at 3 am, and the reception claimed there was nothing they could do. I strongly advise against staying here, as the surroundings are also sketchy, with suspicious cars and people outside.

This is one of the worst hotels you can stay in. DO NOT BOOK. We stayed here because we wanted to save a couple of bucks. When we arrived, they gave us a room with a King sized bed even if we have 3 people in our party and room smelled very awful. The worst smell of Cigarette and Tobacco. I requested another non smoking room and they gave us a room with two twin beds. However, the room still smelled like Cigarettes and Tobacco. The bed sheets had cigarette burns and there was an unused syringe cover under the bed. The water pressure is the worst. You won’t be able to take shower properly. A lot of shady people lingering outside your room as well. Locks were not working. DO NOT BOOK.You have been warned.Rooms: Very bad. Worst in the world.Safety: Unsafe for families.

The employees are the absolute worst. And to top it off the rooms are so disgusting. Went to get in the bed the first night and there was a used glucose sugar test strip and needle poker in it with someone elses blood very prevelant and easy to see. It was SO DISGUSTING I WOULDNT USE THE BED went n asked for newa beddings and they said to come back the next morning at 6 if I want to change them and could care less that I found blood in my bed!!Safety: With all that is going on in the world there is a definite safety issue with blood being found in my bedroom MUCH LESS MY BED!!@
