My visit at Dallas Lease Returns was Exellent. An easy 5 of 5 easy 10 of 10. Javaun was really helpful as far guiding me because I've yet to buy my first car but his insight has helped significantly. First impression: Purchased car here along with a full extended warranty (which was pushed heavily by sales rep who assured they personally would be there to support any issues with warranty fulfillment). Had car for 1 year and no issues. Five star sales experience overall. Was asked to give a review on the way out the door, but waited and glad I did.
Second impression: Sold car one year later and contacted sales rep to get pro rata refund on extended warranty that had been purchased. No response to clear emails or voice messages left. Finally on 4th attempt connected with sales rep, but not the same friendly interaction, instead very blunt communication and no follow-up to confirm cancellation of warranty was processed or confirmation of address to mail refund.
Takeaway: Great when you are buying. Not so great when you need something later. Thats where a dealer earns the 5 star rating and loses customer loyalty. Planned to buy here again, but decided it wont be the go to choice anymore.

Just purchased a vehicle from Dallas Lease Returns. What an amazing experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. No pressure sales tactics and an excellent inventory priced favorably for the customer. I want to send a special thanks to Derrick Davis who is an outstanding sales manager!! He really knows how to put someone at ease when making a decision on a car or truck!!

Mr.Javuan Banks is the greatest. Love his customer service and his knowledge on vehicles. Will definitely be back and purchase the rest of my companies vehicles through him ONLY. I don't know how this guy isn't behind the tower as a manager. He made sure our monthly payment was perfect. Well trusted salesman by far.

Its been a while since I purchased my vehicle from Dallas Lease Returns but wanted to make sure they get the credit thats deserved. Price was fair and honest. No hidden fees that was tacked on at the last minute. I will be returning to Dallas Lease Returns for my next pre-owned vehicle.

If you’re looking for a sign this is it ! Car shopping can be stressful & draining. Afton was amazing & got me in the perfect car. She was very patient and updated me on everything. I highly recommend going to see Afton even if you’re not sure if you want to buy. Excellent customer service ! Very hospitable & kind. 10/10 recommend
