We needed a new hitch on a Hyundai Palisade. Don and his team did excellent work. In addition, Don’s customer service was beyond excellent! I only wish more businesses operated the way Don runs his business. Give him a try - you won’t regret doing so.

I just had Dallas Hitch install a CURT trailer hitch on my 2022 Subaru Outback. I had done enough research to know that the CURT hitch was what I wanted as it was mostly hidden. This company is a family business and has been operating from the same facility for many years. Don responded to all of my questions and their price was even better than many of their competitors. They conduct their business the old school way with a handshake and a smile. You will not regret doing business with them.

It is a pleasure working with Don, who knows his products forwards and backwards. He previously installed a front hitch receiver on my Jeep. Today, he installed a Curt Mfg./ front hitch receiver on my truck. I am very pleased with his craftsmanship. The receiver is solidly secured to my frame and the receiver looks great.These days it can be a challenge finding a vendor who is highly competent, punctual, and appreciates a customer’s business. I would not hesitate to work with Don again and highly recommend his services for you.

If you need a hitch installed (or any of the other things they do), these guys are the real deal! Completely knowledgeable and focused on the customer. I spent more time on hold with a couple of competitors than it took for the owner Don to schedule me and install my hitch. It was a pleasure dealing with Don who made sure my hitch was installed properly at a fair price while I waited.

Great customer service, professional and prompt. Had a 2pm appointment, pulled up and they were ready to work on my vehicle. One and half hours later, my vehicle was ready - instructions given to me, vehicle looks great and tow hitch done :) Excellent Work ! Thank you Don.

If you need a trailer hitch, this is the place to go! It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Don. Dallas Hitch does fabulous work efficiently and for a fair price. The Acura dealer wanted to charge me twice as much. I was so lucky they were able to fit me in before our trip to Colorado. They are very busy because they are the best in Dallas at what they do.

Super friendly staff. Fit me in on short notice and had my car done in a few hours. Price was around $400 for my Volvo, and if you’re still seeing this review, then it works perfectly. Highly recommend!
