Joe, the Dallas Gold & Silver agent, was expert at evaluating my coins, utensils, and jewelry. Joe examined all the coins up to his specified year. He commented when he found value above the face amount. Uh Joe returned coins that had only the face value. Joe tested dental gold and jewelryUn for metal content. Joe had a variety of devices for testing and evaluation. I am impressed with Joe's expertise and efficiency in evalutating over 250 items for which he made an offer. Joe returned to me about 100 items that the company could not use. Joe's offer was signicantly more than I had expected. I gladly accepted Joe's offer. I was especially amazed at the value of dental gold; and damaged silverware that I was going to toss. Thank you, Joe, for a fascinating experience in the beautiful Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange.

I went to sell some gold bullion and the offer they gave me was ridiculous, like 450 under spot per coin, look elsewhere if trying to sell your bullion.

I came to the Preston location and was treated like and was homeless begging for a hand out. The manager was rude to say the least. If anything I thought that I could learn something and instead was told that what I had was gas station gold and plated at that he did not even look at it and refused to test it. I will never go to another stuck up snob nose, think they are better than everyone Dallas gold and silver exchange again!

Wanting to get an estimate on a possible resale, the store employee, Glenn Bryson, was quite helpful. Of course I went in with the knowledge of market value prices and fair value. The process was easy, quick, and refreshing to have such a friendly staff. From the time of entering the store with immediate greetings, to the two quirky, funny and still highly skilled and knowledgeable buyers to the two near the exit door giving me a nice farewell, I recommend Dallas G&S E on Preston Rd for buying and selling.

Customer service was way below par. Took a Tag Heuer watch in mint condition worth over $1200 retail, was offered $200. Will not take another item there ever again.

Came to Dallas Gold and Silver on Preston rd this morning and greeted by Hunter the appraiser was courtesy and fair . Always bring your gold and silver for a fair price.
