Without question Tom is the best in the business. My wife and I desperately needed a new sofa for our home in Houston TX. Almost every retailer across the country was sold out for the sofa we liked. So I reached out to Tom and he just so happened to have half of my sofa in stock and the other half on back order. Tom was kind enough to ship the first half of the sofa to our home so we could have something to sit on in the meantime. Tom was also super diligent in giving me updates on the back ordered sofa, with text updates almost every week! He even agreed to hold the original pricing for the sofa even when the price went up! Many retailers would have simply cancelled the order forcing the customer to pay a higher price, but Tom held our pricing even if it cost him more to do so! Once the sofa was ready to be shipped Tom wasted no time in making sure it got to my home! Tom was even gracious enough to have my sofa cleaned due to some packaging stains! I can't say enough about Tom's customer service! I think thats his key differentiator! He is willing and ready to communicate and give you updates and be fair on pricing! I have bought a ton of furniture over the last decade and I can honestly say that Tom's Dallas Furniture is the best furniture retailer I've ever bought from!

I recently just relocated and was looking to purchase furniture. I was referred by progressive leasing to use this company unfortunately at the time I didn’t know this was a online store however I was still willing to make a purchase. The communication has been very poor and inconsistent. My text messages and phone calls go ignored. I wouldn’t recommend using this company I will now unfortunately have to re-do my application which sucks as my family needed furniture. I definitely recommend going to another company where you can see the furniture in person and also get professional communication.

I can't recommend them enough. The pictures below are of the beautiful furniture, but after I've been using them for a few weeks so I have my stuff placed on them. Incredible and quick service with Tom and the delivery / installation team. Unbeatable prices for very high quality furniture. So happy to say I went through Dallas Furniture Online.

Found Dallas Furniture Online while researching potential furniture stores for my move to Dallas. Furniture availability and delivery was very important to me. Tom interacted with me immediately to understand when my move-in date was and assure me that the furniture I was selecting would be available, delivered and assembled by his team on that date. He executed flawlessly. A couple of post-delivery furniture issues were taken care of immediately. I will be using Dallas Furniture Online again for my other furniture needs.
