If I could give ZERO stars I would. Yes this is an odd location for a daycare and it’s located inside a church, Yet I still enrolled my 10 month old son. This daycare refused to give my child fluids needed throughout the day even after I turned in the required doctors note. When I brought the note from the emergency room the lady in the front office was very rude and argumentative with me and wouldn’t let me explain why my child needed the fluids and accused me of bringing a fake note. She wouldn’t give me the documentation I asked for stating that they are not allowed to give my son any fluids other than milk and water. Within the month and a half my son has been attending this day care he has had a double ear infection twice, pink eye, thrash, and now this incident he has had diarrhea for several days from the food they have fed him. I do NOT recommend this daycare to ANYONE.

I cannot recommend DDS enough. Our daughter attended DDS for about four years, from their infant class through pre-k. Every person who works there, from the teachers to the administrative staff, has such a heart for kids and loved our daughter as if she were there own. We had to switch schools due to moving, and we are crazy sad to leave the DDS family. I love that they make things easy, from supplying formula and food, have long hours, and offer special events like parents night out. My daughter turned to me the other day (after having been out of DDS for over a month), and said, “Ms. Liz says I’m going to grow up and change the world.” And that is why I love DDS in a nutshell. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My toddler loves DDS. We have been with the school 5 months. I like the option for video monitoring and that they offer part-time tuition options which is so rare. We have had experience with 3 great teachers so far and we also love the communication from the admin side. This is our first and only daycare experience so I don't have anything to compare it to but we are very happy with our choice and plan to keep using DDS until our kids are school age.

So unprofessional. Wow. I Came from out of state and politely asked to be accommodated for a tour. Not even so much as the courtesy to email ANY response back. I went there impromptu and definitely got the impression from the coordinator and front desk they clearly did not want to be bothered nor inconvenienced. I know attitudes like that trickle down from leadership. My child and I will PASS.

My 2 year old has went here for nearly two years. I struggled trying to find a good place. I moved her from daycare to daycare trying to find a good place. I prayed and prayed. Dallas Day school was and is a true blessing from God. I love all of the teachers- the structure is perfect- and they TRULY love children there. They don’t just go to work for a paycheck. They go to work because this is their passion and you can see it clearly through their actions. THANK YOU DALLAS DAY SCHOOL❤️ you literally changed mine and my daughters lives!!

We have been part of the DDS family for over 6 years. We love it here. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided. They have structured days with great preK programs. Many seasoned staff who have been with the school for 10+ years.

My daughter went to DDS when I went back to work. We unfortunately moved from the area and have been to 2 schools since and nothing compares to DDS. I always felt comfortable and the communication was great! We miss it!

As first time parents we could not have chosen a more wonderful school for our son. The experience at Dallas Day School has exceeded every expectation we ever had of a daycare! Their staff is warm and inviting. The students are engaged in developmentally appropriate and FUN activities. We knew that each and every day we dropped our son off he was well loved and cared for, without a doubt. Even throughout a pandemic the school has done a phenomenal job ensuring safety and quality care. We would highly recommend Dallas Day School to anyone looking for excellent care for their child!

Very unprofessional! I called wendsday to schedule a tour the lady set me up for 10AM THURSDAY! I took time out my schedule to make it there once I arrived I was not greeted at all. So I indroduce myself and tried to shake the lady hand and she stood there looking at me as if I had something on my face how RUDE! ( name is KIM) She then told me that they don't schedule tours at 10am! That's crazy because mind you I called the day before whoever answered their phone scheduled me at 10 she then handed me a sheet of paper and said if I wanted to come back at 3pm I can. She showed no sympathy for me in fact she acted as if I was lying about my tour time and made me feel unwanted there. I'm so glad she showed me her professionalism.. this was my red flag I will not be back to enrolled my children here!

They have just expanded their school to accommodate more children. They have watch me grow (so you can see your child online on your phone). They are clean, professional, and genuinely care for your child. They really do a very very good job. They even provided us with an end of year report card on our child showing us their performance, growth and statistics on where they should be, where they are, and where they have excelled. It is a fantastic school.

My daughter attended DDS from 2010 to 2015. In that time we had no issues that weren't resolved. Also, the curriculum they receive even before pre-K is amazing. The teachers have themes, letters, colors, and numbers of the week. They continue this through pre-K getting ever more rigorous as they move up through DDS. I believe this created a strong literacy and math foundation in my daughter. She is now in her third month of kindergarten and her teacher tells me she is in a class of her own with regards to her literacy skills, far beyond any of the other kids. She can't even pair her with anyone since she's such a strong reader. That is, I believe, a direct result of the strong curriculum that DDS provided. The staff at DDS is caring, all have certifications, and the director is wonderful. You can talk to her about any concerns you have and she will handle quickly and tactfully. The director also has a LOVE for these kids. She makes it a point to get to know all of the kids and their families. I have referred several families to DDS and they have loved it as well. While we attended, DDS tuition prices were comparable to other day-cares in the area, but you get so much more for your money here.I can't recommend DDS enough. They helped to shape our daughter into a responsible, respectful, and more than ready for kindergarten child.

My baby girl is currently at Dallas Day School. We love it! We've found the teachers to be very attentive and caring, and parent involvement very high. I also love that they have webcams in the rooms so I can check and see what my baby's up to any time I want. Dallas Day School also has NAC Accreditation (which is no easy feat) so I know they take early education very seriously. For parents who work in or close to downtown, it's also a great location and located just off of 75 and Haskell near Cityplace. I would definitely recommend Dallas Day Care to any parent who wants quality care and education for their baby or toddler.
