I definitely wanted to do more shopping here but Inventory turnover is bad, they have a lot of Small and very few Medium and Large size. When I asked why they said they sell out, well then stock more? Lots of sales opportunities lost. It is a bit expensive, I noticed some sweaters with different design were in the $20-$30 range elsewhere at the airport. Neat place to visit but inventory management needs improvement.

Cowboys Pro Shop said online it closes at 7:30 but doors were locked at 6:40 and the lady inside was too busy talking on the phone to even look at me.

Landed in terminal A and bought some shirts from this shop. The shirts on average costs from $30 to $100+. The cashier said that the Nike shirts are only sold at the pro shop, so I bought a couple, but each were not cheap. The cashier was friendly and suggested some advice when I asked about other items, so she was helpful.

Stopped by this place on my trip to McAllen. It was.....not very customer service orientated, to say the least. Stopped by to purchase my sister a gift, as she is a Cowboys fan. Ok, okay...so maybe I was wearing my Green bay Jersey...But that does not justify the dirty looks and cold shoulder's I was getting by the girl at the register...I was literally going to buy a $150 T-shirt....but after seeing how rude she was...I ended up buy a $10 key chain lanyard.... Maybe work on your customer service, and quit being rude....I paid cash, and got out quick....Its not my fault your QB isn't as good as mine...But my money is still green, and I had plenty to spend.....but you ruined that....#NeverAgain
