I had a wonderful experience here. My repair had to go through the other drivers insurance and there were bumps in the road, but Melissa made sure to keep me informed and stay on top of the insurance company. I greatly appreciate Dallas collision center for everything and if I ever need additional work on my Audi I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are also pro OEM parts here.

Even though my vehicle didn't get fixed, I still wanted to write my positive experience. My vehicle was rear ended in a car accident. My Adjuster told me my vehicle was repairable **side eye**.... MELISSA, was my assigned estimator throughout this process. When I tell you this woman will update you daily on the process (minor or major) she will keep you in the loop. With me asking her about the damages on my vehicle, which I felt was inaccurate, she assured me not to worry and the disassembly will speak for itself. My poor vehicle wasn't repairable, but my overall experience was top notch!!!!!
If I ever need them in the future, I will definitely use them again!!!!! Thank you team, and thank you Melissa for your outstanding work that you do. - take a sip of coffee for me Melissa (inside joke)!

The professionalism and quality of work solidified Dallas Collision Center as my go to shop for any body work.
Our Audi was hit in a parking garage, the next day they took it in, worked with our insurance and had everything back to brand new. Raz set realistic expectations, followed up every Wednesday and ensured everything was explained to me throughly.
Would recommend them to anyone needing a partner to take care of your vehicle.

STAY AWAY from them. Having been referred to them by their “sister” dealership, Goodson Acura, I had my car towed there after an accident. They removed the wheel, put my car on wooden blocks and sat it in the back of the parking lot. For one week they did nothing to access the damage, made countless excuses why they couldn’t put the car on a lift to start accessing the damage and kept blaming the insurance company (State Farm) for their slow response time. WARNING: they are NOT a “Selective Service Shop” for State Farm and don’t have their recommendation nor guarantee. Needless to say, after 8 days of frustration, I chose to have my vehicle towed to another collision center who would actually look at the damages and begin the repair all within 48 hours. THE WORST part is that they charged me $272 just to remove the vehicle. (see attached). I attempted to speak with Matt, the GM, but I was completely ignored. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want to be treated properly and have your car actually repaired, you ought to choose a different collision center. As of Friday, 10/18/24, I have NOT received a Refund for the $272 “In/Out” fee from Dallas Collision Center. The Towing was paid for by State Farm Insurance and my current Collision Center who is actually performing the repairs.

They really go above and beyond for you. Melissa worked with my insurance to get everything I needed without the fuss. She was very punctual and updated me along the way without fail. The quality of repair is top notch too. I am pretty in tune with my vehicles as an enthusiast, and I assure you my car drives exactly like it did before the accident. No issues whatsoever. I had bumper, fender, headlight, wheel, tie rod etc damage. All body lines and gaps perfectly match the other side. This is THE place to go for repair, specifically Audi.

Dallas Collision did a great job repairing 2 different problems on my Audi Q5.
I’m sure everyone there is terrific but my experience working with JD(John) was particularly great!
I highly recommend them!
