My friend dropped my laptop off for me and put the drop off under her name. Owner refused to release it to me even though it’s clearly says my name, and the Face ID is coded to me and I had identification to prove it. Terrible service. Owner said I “put words in his mouth” when I let him know this policy enables theft. If laptop information matches identity it should be released to rightful owner. Owner told me to call the cops and hung up in my face. Very rude. Apparently he fixed it and my friends phone screen though I wouldn’t know since THEY REFUSE TO RELEASE MY RIGHTFUL PROPERTY AFTER TAKING OVER A WEEK TO FIX IT

Water damage...who lied to you, it's no wonder a scandalous employee such as Jay is employed by you espscially if you were so quick to believe when he told you water damage...the many problems I had were not apparent prior to your employee Jay "fixing" my phone. You addressed a couple issues but left out the part about my original post being deleted, very convenient
