Firestone quoted me $700 to repair something that was confirmed by Dallas Car Care to not need replacement. Ended up being a loose spark plug that (Firestone) installed which DCC fixed. Saved me almost 1k in unneeded repair and is a testament to their commitment to their customers and knowledge of car issues. Staff was extremely friendly as well. Absolutely recommend them for your automotive work.

Dallas Car Care is the best! Use them for every issue or preventive maintenance work I need done. Just the other day I was out doing my last-minute shopping and it started to rain and when I turned on my wipers the plastic fell apart so I stopped, and they changed them out very quickly. All the gents that work there are so good to me when I need help. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Took my 02 jag, they refused to work on it,citing they couldn't communicate with the computer? Left more worried than when I arrived. Not impressed

I took my Infinity to Dallas Car Care to get my rear brakes replaced, but theycalled me back and told me that they were fine and didn’t need any work. I was so impressed by his honesty and integrity, as he could have easily charged me for something I didn’t need. He also gave me a free inspection and some helpful advice on how to maintain my car. I highly recommend Dallas Car Care to anyone who is looking for a reliable, affordable, and friendly auto repair shop in East Dallas. They are the best!
