These folks had my chairs for almost 6 months. Did very little work to them. Returned them maybe 30% finished and overcharged for the work that was done. Misrepresented the status of the job completion. Unreliable do not use.

Thank you for rescuing my Henredon cane backed chair! I was sick when a hole was punched through the caning when the upholster put it in my truck. William made it look like new and the finisher who matched the finish did a great job too! These guys are complete professionals! We need more business people like this!

I had a rush bottom chair that was part of a set and it was coming apart. I was afraid I would have to discard it until I found Bill at Dallas Cane, Rush and Wicker. He did a phenomenal job reweaving it. It is nice to know there are still craftsmen of his caliber out there.

I just got back my maple dining room chairs from the Dallas Cane, Rush and Wicker Company. The woven rush seats on these seats needed to be replaced, thanks to our cat. Bill Torell did an excellent job reweaving the rush seats, and they look beautiful! I am soooo pleased!!! I highly recommend Bill Torell and this company and will call them again if I have any other needed furniture repairs.

Had a fantastic experience having a cane chair completely rewoven and stained. Fantastic work and extremely friendly. I'd recommend this service and would absolutely reuse them when needed in the future.
