One of your illiterate drivers can't read apparently. He STOLE my car this morning from my apartment and from MY reserved and paid for parking spot. I was told by your dispatch lady that they got a call for a 2017 Chevy Malibu parked in spot 23-D. I own a 2014 Chevy Cruze and was parked in 23-I! It was not even close.

Worst experience ever my third day of living in my apartments my car was towed for not having a sticker and there was clearly a sticker my apartments got involved they released my car no charge because they were in the wrong when I get there to pick up my car my tire was on flat and there was a dent I had tell them they didn't even know damage was done then they tell me they are only paying for the tire !! Worst towing company!!!! They steal cars !

They towed our vehicle in our designated parking space even though we have our parking permit for that parking space. We got home parked and saw the towing truck there checking out other vehicles so we double checked our permit to make sure it was on there (which we never have removed since it's been on our rear view mirror facing out the front window) and it was on there before we went inside our apt. but when we came back out an hour later to go out to eat our vehicle was g

Twice now my car has been towed by this towing company from my apartment complex -without authorization- based on false claims this towing company made.

If I could put 0 stars I would!! They towed my car and caused damage to the undercarriage that the body shop said could ONLY be done by a tow truck. They denied I.T and said it's unrelated. Now my insurance company has been trying to contact them and they will not cooperate. I will be filing this as a civil matter in the Texas courts!
