We've been using D&R Saw as long as I've been at my job. They've been sharping our blades and doing a good job. They try to save your blades if there's a couple of teeth missing. Will keep using D&R Saw for many more years.

Dropped off a saw blade to be sharpened with on chipped tooth. When I picked up the blade, I was charged for 3 teeth replacements. When I got home and pulled off the protective coating, it was very obvious that only one tooth had been replaced. I won't be going back.

Horrible costumer service. Been told someone would pick up my tools and then nobody ever calls or shows up. All follow up calls get ignored when asking why no one ever shows up to get my tools. Not sure what the problem is. I guess they don't need business too bad.
