Terrible customer service the pharmacy never knows if they’re doing I went to Uanna and went to the second one second has spent another half hour in line. Absolutely the worst customer service there always excuses never delivery.

Called regarding a RX George in the pharmacy didn’t listen to me, yelled at me to listen to him
After the call I called the location on Maple and the gentleman there was polite found the information that George didn’t care to find
I will never use this location again for anything

I add a 3 stars only because of Michael, the employee. We came in for a passport photo and he tried to help and work with us and our baby, but with customers trying to handle returns and questions, and issues with the self check machine out he was having to go back and forth. The manager or assistant manager girl, whoever she was, was no help to him at all. Seems like she just came for a return and left him alone to work the front by humanely. She walked away saying “call me if you need me” like she couldn’t bother to help him at all. With me having worked retail before , I thought that was pure laziness on her end. If she saw he was busy with the passport photo, she should’ve stayed at the front and help the traffic or she could’ve helped us instead so he could work the front. I felt really bad for him, and he was really nice and patient. She needs to be more helpful to her employees.

The manager here is a coward and an emotional unstable crybaby. He's a grown man but he acts like a child. It's very embarrassing. He should be fired immediately. I don't know why he works there or has a job. He's an embarrassment to society and he lets his frustrations and anger out on his co-workers and customers. Just because he has personal life problems doesn't mean that he needs to take it out on other people. He needs to grow up and be a grown man

Only 2 baskets. My mom can not walk and shop without a basket. We went to the other one on Davis and they didn’t have any!! They have all this handicapped pkg but no baskets to help you shop. We ended up at Walgreens which was so MUCH better.

Terrible CVS. Never has stock. The pharmacy line was 10 people long and the drive thru was 9 cars. They need to be able to figure out on how to stock this store and service the customers.

I have come to this location for yrs as well as my family for its our neighborhood store..i have never dealt with the disrespect like i did tonight from the cashier Adriania ...just condescending and blatant disrespect.
