Great, Super! The store at 5050 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas, Tx. is AWESOME. The employees are nice, especially the young man cashier Aaron. Each time I come to the store he is smiling at the customers, he is kind and helpful. He helped me twice with a question I needed a answer too. Aaron has great customer service!

ONE PERSON SAID THEY WERE ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER, I FINALLY JUST WENT UP THERE. THIS IS ONE OF THE SORRIEST CVS NEXT TO THE ONE ON ZANG AND ILLINOIS.

I waited on the phone for over a hour. Then on a different cell I called & pressed the extension for Dr. & nurses. Finally after getting someone on this line in about 15 minutes I informed the employee of why I was calling. 3 hours later I traveled to the store to wait another 30min. What bothered me most is while waiting the speaker announced three calls holding for assistance. I saw 5 or 6 Pharmacy Associates that did not get in any rush to even attempt to answer one of those calls. The pharmacist, I assume that's who he was, is on a personal phone call on his cell phone. Yes he was working, but if you can talk on the phone and continue to count your pills. Would it not be great customer service to talk to the customers waiting on hold for an hour? Or dedicate your employees to answer the phones!

Trying to get my pain meds after ankle surgery I’ve been on hold for over an hour!! This new prescription was called in at 9am it’s 6:41 pm smh

The pharmacy is really nice and very good refilling prescriptions. Ive been coming there 5 years and Ive always had pleasant experiences. I appreciate their service.

I’ve been to this cvs 4 times today and they “didn’t have the prescription”..Now I’ve been waiting at this cvs for almost 20 mins, they say that they don’t have my prescription when I JUST had my doctor call and get it approved. Now they found it! But they want me to move into the other lane…for what?? Does the sound of my kids crying bother you??! I wonder how they would be acting if you just FILLED THE PRESCRIPTION ALREADY!! This is by far the most unprofessional and unethical establishment I’ve ever been to. 1/10 would not recommend bringing your meds OR your childrens meds here!!!

If i could rate this whack A S S pharmacy any negative stars, i would. My husband had a prescription for 2 items. The pharmacist gave him 1 of the items that was around $33. Husband paid for it and realized the other item was missing. Called the pharmacist back to the counter and asked about it. The pharmacist said there IS another item, but it was expensive. He assumed he couldn’t pay for it or something? Without even checking with my husband first. Save yourself the headache of dealing with subpar customer service and go somewhere else where they give you all your prescriptions the first time around.

I had my doctor called in my prescription for tooth infection and I was told by the pharmacist that they could not set up a delivery through the phone. When I spoke to the help desk at CBS.COM, I was told that I was given the wrong information. When I tried to contact the pharmacy back, no one would answer the phone. I stood on the phone for 30 minutes or more for someone to answer the phone.
