More people that see the world like Ms. Georgia would keep the way we look at life extremely awesome, she is like no other and the way she spends quality time giving knowledge of the CVS savings program will definitely have you coming to this location more than often as likewise to online shopping on the major stream services.
Thank you dearly

I am a provider and I called the pharmacy to cancel a prescription for a patient. I spoke to a pharmacist Cathy whom was completely rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude the moment she answered the phone stating she was busy and she will get to it when she can which was fine. All I asked was “how long will it take” so I could send the new prescription as the patient was leaving the hospital and needed to know. I was not rushing however she did not let me finish my sentence and accused me I was rushing her and it was my fault for sending it to the wrong pharmacy when in reality the patient gave us the wrong pharmacy. Regardless I deal with pharmacies daily, and never had someone speak to me the way she did. Super unprofessional.

Would give 0 stars if I could for the pharmacist on duty tonight, Eddid. Called on Friday to refill my prescription and was told it would be ready by the next day. I stopped in today (Tuesday) for the medication and it was not ready. My father really needed his medication today so I asked if I could wait for it to be filled. He said ok & that I would get a text notification when the medication was ready. I asked him how long it might take and he said 30 minutes. I never received a text, so 35 minutes later I walked in to pick the medication up and he tells me “sorry the pharmacy is closed now. You should have came back in 30 minutes.” Horrible customer service. Will not be back thanks to Eddid.

I resently moved to this area and so yes I had all meds transferred to this CVS pharmacy.
1. This CVS pharmacy is slow as x mess.
2. The blonde lady has no decency or common respect for the people that use this pharmacy if you get my meaning if not let me put it to you like this on anyone given day if you hit the wrong button for this lady she will put all your information out from across the room.

This review is specific to the CVS store at 10455 N. Central Expressway in Dallas, TX. I have generally experienced excellent customer service here, with staff being welcoming, friendly, & very helpful. It’s great that the store is open 24 hours a day. I recommend this store!

I wish they would put prices of items on or near the items in PLAIN VIEW, not hidden on a slide out drawer underneath items. Every time I come to this location I either have to get a price check (because the scan barcode feature in the CVS app does not ever show prices of items) which is both inconvenient for me and the cashier who has to find a way to put the item back if I decide I don't want it. But if the price was posted on the item, I could make that decision before.... not inconveniencing the cashier. So. It would be helpful to post prices on or near items in PLAIN VIEw.

The prices listed for items are NOT the prices that come up at checkout. Check your receipts closely!! I've noticed it before. Last night I was charged $44 for an item that was clearly listed for $35. When I brought it to the associate's attention he told me there was nothing he could do because I already paid. Another associate came up and said I misread the price. I showed him the kiosk (that HE had gotten the item off of for me since it was a censored item) and it clearly said $35. He then told me, "he might be able to give me a coupon or something for a future visit but no manager was on site." Ridiculous! This is multiple times, now, that this has happened. Usually it's 30 cents or so off. But, $9???? And no way to fix it???

You have got to be kidding me with this phone system to talk to a pharmacist. Hire more people to answer the phone or do anything to fix this Byzantine system of reaching the pharmacy. I genuinely despise this pharmacy.

Poor customer service especially at night! Had to sit here at the register with others customers in line at 2:40am. Self check out is down. Customers are shopping. This is the worst experience ever! Please fix it now!

Lets get into my visit at this location! I came in around 10pm and decided to use my extra care coupons. I make it to the self check out and check out. While I'm checking out there is a young employee pacing himself back and forth. I check out after completing 2 transactions. To my surprise I walk towards the door and the alarm goes off. Im confused due to all my items being paid for and the clerk was literally behind me at the front. I walk back to the counter and he ask, " what's going on sir?". I looked at him with a blank face because he clearly heard the alarm. I inform him of the obvious and while I'm reviewing my items and showing him my receipts. I stubble upon an item that was rung up wrong. I informed him of the error and he ask was price did I see at the back. To bring you up to speed.. The bleach rung up $4.69 and it was showing on the shelf as $3.79. He walked back to the aisle and scanned the item and said it was misplaced by a customer. This is where I get pissed because he didn't see me looking as he scanned the item. The price on his device and the shelf price displayed $3.79. I confronted him about his lie and said, " You just lied to my face so lets head on back to the front the adjust my ticket." We make it to the front and he tells me the only option is to return and recharge me for the items. I asked about my coupons and he says I may lose the coupons. I asked if he could just credit the difference back to my card. He said he couldn't and I asked him to check with his manager. The young man came back and said due to my coupons there is nothing that can be done. I asked to speak directly to the manager at this point. I walk to the back to speak to her and she confirms his statement. She told me I should have verified the totals before completing the transaction. After the transaction is complete there is really nothing they can do to adjust and keep the coupon. As I'm leaving because I'm non confrontational and I gather my belongs. I will reach out to the 800 number in the morning because since when do customers eat the difference of the establishments mistake?
