Went in for a vaccine and the rudest nurse practitioner helped me. Would not explain my question at all except to google it. Very disrespectful and rude attitude. Will never go back to CVS on Westchester.

It’s 10am at this CVS. My COVID19 appt is at 10am and the pharmacy that was supposed to be open at 9am is still closed. Unacceptable. No communication whatsoever that the pharmacist was a no show. Lady at the checkout has no idea when or if a pharmacist is coming today. Ghetto.

The pharmacy at this location is terribly understaffed. The lone pharmacist who was working over the lunch hour was unable to fill prescriptions or answer the phone (which rang for 20 minutes straight while I waited) because she was too busy receiving orders and providing vaccines. It's not the fault of the current employees, but management needs to address it. If I ever need something timely I likely won't be coming here, even though it's a convenient location.

Hour and a half hold and finally gave up. You could hear someone pick up and immediately back on hold. Drove up there and then had to wait another hour for my prescription. Service seems to be getting worse at this location.

I had the most ridiculous and disheartening experience at a CVS I’ve been going to weekly since November. I work in Preston Center and stop in to buy mint for our host stand. I take my bag with me because it has my cloths for work in it and my wallet. I shouldn’t have to explain why I have a purse on me, but in the case I guess I should. Never have I been YELLED at to leave my purse at the front when I walked in that store. I wasn’t even 10 steps through when one of your store managers (ALEXIS) came running around the corner demanding that I do so. I turned and asked her why a lady had her large black purse in tow. After fumbling to come up with an explanation I was told, “we already spoke about her situation since I wasn’t at the door when she came in”. I don’t know what that means or how that applies to me, but I don’t trust strangers with my bag and I don’t steal. I proceeded to go to buy my mints and she yelled that if I wasn’t going to listen she’d have to follow me around the store. And that’s exactly what she did. Followed me to the mints and back to the register. Is this how CVS treats their CUSTOMERS? Like thieves? Is this the training you provide your management team. To humiliate and harass the people that come in to spend their money in your establishments? If someone could reach out to me on this matter, that would be greatly appreciated. I have NEVER been asked to leave my bag at the front of a store in my life. Do you have liability insurance if someone were to steal from me? This incident occurred July 1, 2019 at the Preston Center Complex on Westchester in Dallas, TX
