Pharmacy is great. They are willing to go the extra mile. The discounts you get for everyday products are enough to make it worthwhile to use.

Went to this pharmacy to get a flu shot. I had an appointment and thought it would be easy, but, nope. First they tried to give me a shingles shot. Thankfully I was paying attention. Before I got the flu shot I asked if they have preservative free, which most pharmacies either have automatically or have upon request. The pharmacist looked at me like I had 3 heads and kept asking if I wanted a “flu block”… whatever that is. I asked him to show me the box, which clearly said free of preservatives. At that point, though, I didn’t trust the guy since he left my sight with the shot and I had no idea what he was going to give me. I asked him to cancel which he said he would, but, of course, he didn’t. After I left I got an email saying I successfully received a flu shot in my left arm, so I had to call my insurance to have them back it out of the system so I could actually go get another one (you can’t get two). I also asked for the manager, who, of course, couldn’t have cared less. Manager: John. Pharmacist: Vincent Lainjobanen. Stay far, far away. Another warning: I think Vincent was covering for someone else, so he may work at another pharmacy in the area.

Worker named claira was super helpful, very nice upon arriving I was greeted with a nice welcome and then she asked if I needed help looking for anything in specific to which I did and after finding it she help me check out. Very nice worker and organized store.

Pharmacist was great when I call. Greeted uoon walking in by the cashier and then the pharmacist was great again.

Went in for a vaccine and the rudest nurse practitioner helped me. Would not explain my question at all except to google it. Very disrespectful and rude attitude. Will never go back to CVS on Westchester.

It’s 10am at this CVS. My COVID19 appt is at 10am and the pharmacy that was supposed to be open at 9am is still closed. Unacceptable. No communication whatsoever that the pharmacist was a no show. Lady at the checkout has no idea when or if a pharmacist is coming today. Ghetto.
