There were four employees behind the counter when I walked in, but when I went to check out, no one was there-i walked the aisles and said hello multiple times and no one came to counter. Another employee just arriving to work was friendly and apologized, but really? I was waiting for quite awhile and was about to just walk out.

I had just recently gone into this store to get some medicine for my self! When I finally got to the aisle I was looking for, I ask this gentleman man Everett (if that’s how you spell it) I had asked him if he works here and he was absolutely rude and stated just because I stand here messing with the product and chillin and got the impression I work here? That’s crazy! This guy was completely rude and in professional! I highly recommend people going to this store if that’s how they are gonna run the business!

I can't even rate this store, they customer service is so poor...... I work close by, so it's convenient, but if given a option to go somewhere I DEFINITELY WOULD!!

I've had positive experiences at this location with the team troubleshooting and communicating (a definite contrast from other locations I've frequented). One member of the team in particular is super friendly/warm; our interactions remind me more of a locally owned community pharmacy interaction...how neighbors engage. Makes a big difference in my life when I spend so much time at the pharmacy 😂

We shop from this CVS quite often. We do get Online Orders pick up for different Pickup companies. My wife works late in the night and has had problems using the restroom With The Night Shift Associate. This guy held a door for my Wife to Go into the Women's toilet and use it. My wife told this employee that he should not hold the door for her as this is not an entrance door to The Store but the Restroom. She told this guy Emphraim that she needed her privacy she was a Customer wanting to use the Restroom and did not need him standing in the restroom holding the door.
He left but came Back knocking on the Women's Restroom door. My wife Answered and Said I am using the Restroom. He Went back and came Back asking my Wife if she needed Help. My wife told this Associate that she did not appreciate the Harassment. He did this Three times asking my Wife if she Needed any Help.
After using the restroom, My wife went and talked to the guy asking him why he was being so unethical and abusive of her presence. He Said he does that to every customer. My wife asked for the Manager, he said he was the Manager. She told Emphraim that she needed some paperwork to file a complaint. He said they do not have any and he kept addressing my Wife with a high pitched Voice. We are giving this feedback with intent of speaking to the District Manager as we many times get Online Orders to pickup from this CVS. This was a very embarrassing situation and my Wife felt profiled by these Two Associates a Man and a Woman doing 3 Rd Shift at this Store. The lady was smiling as my Wife entered the Store and asked to use the Restroom. Then the guy ran ahead of my wife to the Restroom and stood in the door way. Very embarrassing. Lack of respect for the Customers and especially those bringing business to CVS. This is a 24hrs Store a customers must be respected across the board Time was about 00:30 AM. November 12, 2024

Some kind of pharmacy that never carries thermometers or pulse oximeters. They haven’t had these items in stock since Covid.

this location has great customer svc., & is never too busy. where i give it 4 ★s instead of a 5 ★ review is because there are other CVS stores in areas that aren't as nice, but that have better/more products on the shelves. i understand being out of stock on a product; that's not the issue. but a store located in this part of Dallas/Park Cities really should carry stock according to the location & local-area clientele. regardless its still one of my more favored CVS' to visit.

This pharmacy is always in such a hurry. Just called the pharmacist to ask some questions about a medication. I'm not a pharmacist and do not understand the terminology. They are SO RUDE if you ask more than one question. I feel sorry for the elderly customers who need a little more time and attention.

I have only stopped by this store twice to buy a few items. The first time, I saw an older lady talking to the manager and an employee about an issue. She stated she would never come back and they both said “fine, don’t come back”. I thought it was rude and unprofessional of the store employees but maybe a unique situation. Today, Jan 9, 2024, I walked in and an older man walked out and the alarm went off. He came back in and the clerk said it was okay and he said, “I am not ever coming back” and the clerk said “good, don’t come back.” Apparently, this is a very frustrating place for older people (discrimination or prejudice) or maybe anyone. The workers and manager don’t care and don’t want you back. CRAZY. What happened to customer service or even basic kindness? Drug stores are a dime a dozen. Why is there so much hostility in this CVS?
