Some kind of pharmacy that never carries thermometers or pulse oximeters. They haven’t had these items in stock since Covid.

this location has great customer svc., & is never too busy. where i give it 4 ★s instead of a 5 ★ review is because there are other CVS stores in areas that aren't as nice, but that have better/more products on the shelves. i understand being out of stock on a product; that's not the issue. but a store located in this part of Dallas/Park Cities really should carry stock according to the location & local-area clientele. regardless its still one of my more favored CVS' to visit.

This pharmacy is always in such a hurry. Just called the pharmacist to ask some questions about a medication. I'm not a pharmacist and do not understand the terminology. They are SO RUDE if you ask more than one question. I feel sorry for the elderly customers who need a little more time and attention.

I have only stopped by this store twice to buy a few items. The first time, I saw an older lady talking to the manager and an employee about an issue. She stated she would never come back and they both said “fine, don’t come back”. I thought it was rude and unprofessional of the store employees but maybe a unique situation. Today, Jan 9, 2024, I walked in and an older man walked out and the alarm went off. He came back in and the clerk said it was okay and he said, “I am not ever coming back” and the clerk said “good, don’t come back.” Apparently, this is a very frustrating place for older people (discrimination or prejudice) or maybe anyone. The workers and manager don’t care and don’t want you back. CRAZY. What happened to customer service or even basic kindness? Drug stores are a dime a dozen. Why is there so much hostility in this CVS?

I don't live in the area but when I get off of work this is what my area so I go to and it's always been nice at the CVS but lately I go in there and employees just stare at me I know that some people don't like black people in their area but I do nothing wrong on my business and I spend money I got dirty looks today and I didn't like it from the lady that I see that all the time due to overactive bladderr I use the bathroom as soon as I get out of my vehicles and when I go there I clean that bathroom sometime because it needs it because I thought the place welcomed me but the dirty looks today I don't understand I've done nothing wrong a guy I met there about a month ago told me that a girl kept her phone towards him and he said something to the staff and lady said she got the right if you make her feel uncomfortable when she can approach to the girl and said is there a problem or ask her not to do it in the store it happens all the time but it's pretty disgusting

Pharmacist was incredibly unprofessional. Trying to help multiple people at once, both of us hearing each other’s information, and he actually ended up taking way longer with both of us than if he had just helped one at a time. Posed a risk of mixing our medications up, as well. Felt like a huge HIPAA violation and he ended up way more flustered than he needed to. I understand trying to be efficient because it was busy, but nobody was being impatient.

Hung up on me three times when I was just trying to find out if my medication was ready - have had this problem calling as a prescriber as well.

One of the employees at this store called me a thief and a liar because I refused to purchase the membership the employee was promoting.The employee appeared to be very unhappy with my rejection to her frenzied marketing approach. She started picking bones with me. For everything I picked up, she rushed over and told me I need to pay for that, sounding like she caught me red-handed stealing from the store. She also told me to put my bag at the front desk to prevent stealing. When I tried to feed my baby with our own snacks, she rushed over again and asked me if I have paid for the snack. While eating, my baby grabbed a pair of sunglasses on the shelf and unsurprisingly, the employee rushed over again and told me to put it back as I "have already stolen a pair last time".I finally had enough with her and fought back. She then called me a thief and a liar and asked me to leave the store. I asked to speak to the manager. The employee said she is the manager. I then asked for her name. She rapidly covered her name tag and wouldn't let me know her name. Other employees told me the employee is not the manager.I was completely shocked by this employee and her behavior. I've never seen anyone ruder than this employee. I will not let this insult pass by easily.Update: I talked to the real manager the next day. The manager said he will talk to the employee, whose name is Manush (I don't know the exact spelling) and will give me an explanation. After one week, I went to the store again. The manager said Manush denied everything I said. I required to watch the security camera footage. The manager said there's no camera in the area where we had the fight. He said Manush is a great employee and I'm the only one who complained about her. In the end, he said he cannot help me. Bravo! Nice teamwork! Claps for the manager and the employee!

I am so frustrated with the death of customer service. The CVS website didn't list the vaccine I needed so I called and was told it would be there for my appointment. Got the vaccine and when I called to schedule the booster (also not listed on site), they told me I needed a different vaccine because they gave me the WRONG one the first time! Absolutely unacceptable and potentially dangerous!
