The truth is that this store had a very bad time when I tried to buy some beers a black man with glasses told me that he had lost the key for 2 weeks a store without selling beers in Dallas wow I don't believe it but well the truth is it was very bad now I have to go to the corner store that probably sells more than them And the other Mexican guy with glasses And a ponytail He spoke to me in a very sarcastic way as if I were an alcoholic Or something like that, the truth is I will not return to this store Unless he tells me I am dying to buy medicine And even so I will think that there is a general dollar And family dollar that is the only thing that can possibly give me what I need

What a bad service, there is never a system for depositing money, if there is a guy who gives bad customer service, I will never go again, it's terrible... I always went between four and five in the afternoon.

The pharmacy is the worst. I called to make sure my mother's prescription was ordered correctly and someone answered and "pretended" she couldn't hear me. I called again right after and she just picked up and hung up right away. Then, I called for the third time then got the recording the Pharmacy is closed for lunch. Apparently she couldn't tell me to call after 2 because they were going to lunch and not "pretending" she couldn't hear me.

I'm not sure what's going on at this pharmacy? I called to talk to a rep they hardly answer the phone. When they do answer the line they lay the phone down, you can hear them no hello or anything. This happened to me several times at the CVS Y Mas on South Buckner. They have young rude kids working in the front of the store. This place has fallen to the bottom.

Very slow and unorganized and too much chatter and not taking care of the customers. When you call on the phone you hold for ten to fifteen minutes only for them to hang up on you. CVS corporate needs to put this pharmacy under a microscope and rid it of its problems. Used to run efficiently but over the last couple of years it’s fallen into too much goofing around.
