Tonight I waited 25 minutes along with the car in front of me and cars behind me in the drive through PICK UP prescription line. I called the pharmacy to see what was taking so long and they told me that they were FILLING a prescription for this car that was taking so long. When I finally got up to the window, I asked to speak to Samuel the pharmacist, and he didn’t have much to say and just walked away for his team to handle. Employee named April thought the situation was funny apparently because she just grinned and laughed and passed me off to another worker. She, he or anyone else apologized for the long wait. I was treated with disrespect and finally got my prescriptions after giving them the birthdate twice and the name twice. I was picking up for other people. I am so glad I am a Walgreens pharmacy customer and I will be telling my friends to not use CVS pharmacy or for sure not use this location anymore.

Worst pharmacy service ever! I have struggled to get my medication at each refill. They are forever trying to send me to other CVS stores that will have the medication once but then never again. At this point I refuse to be sent to a pharmacy that is greater that 10 miles away. I asked them if the other store can send it to their store or deliver it. I was told it could not be transferred to this store. I was told however the medication could be delivered to my house, but then they called me back and said that CVS could not deliver this medication to my house. They said that their process involves ordering it on line from the distributor. I asked them if they could pick up the phone and call the distributor on my behalf , they said they could not. My condition is deteriorating from the absence of this medication for long stretches. No one at CVS cares enough to secure this medication for a long standing customer even though they know I will need a refill every month. I hope someone with a conscience from CVS reads this and helps me please. Joanne C.

Store states they open at 8a, but they are never open at that time. There's always people waiting outside for the store to open.

Waited in line to pick up my Rx, when I got to the window they CLOSED the window: 5:00 pm and website says they close at 6pm. Immediately walked inside (because I needed my Rx) and guy told me sorry we are closed. CVS will never get my business again!!!

Dania made picking up my daughters medicine very easy she answered all my questions and was very polite she explained what each medication was for and how to dose it she was also patient she had such good energy ❤️

The store manager greeted all of his customer's with a hearty hello.. I asked an associate about their WelCare program and if he participated? He didn't know, but called the manager and he helped me with everything I needed. Very clean, well stocked store, and nice employees.

I went in to pick up a prescription and was immediately received with poor communication and was given an attitude by a young lady. I was sent from my preferred store to pick up the prescription that I was missing and they made me waist even more time since they supposedly said it was in another location. In the new location they sent me they confirmed it was in the last cvs and it just was so annoying driving around because of how poor the lack of service is here. Once I came back I had to wait even more time until my prescription was ready. Overall this location was the worst I have been in and dont recommend it. They clearly dont care about the health of their clients.

Went to pick up a prescription and they did not have it in stock. They did not call and let me know it was not in stock. I asked them to check another location and transfer it. They told me which location to go to.The second location said they did not have it in stock and it had not been transferred. They found a third ocation that did have it couldn't get it filled before until the next day.This problem hold have been eliminated if someone had bothered to reach out and let me know instead of waiting for me to pick it up.The lack of communication and caring is disappointing. The last few times I have used this location the service has been poor and their hours are limited. I will not use them again. The pharmacy at Tom Thimb has better service, hours and communication.

Worst pharmacy location in historyHad to switch from Walgreens and this is the closest location to me. Said they open at 9:00am not true they open whenever they feel like it 945 10 o’clock Then not to mention they never have the medicine in stock

The pharmacy is USELESS! Although, its 5 minutes away, I will take my insurance business elsewhere since I end up doing their job. Everytime they want to charge me for prrscriptions. This time they told me it wasnt covered. I called my insurance company, turns out IT IS COVERED they only needed a medication id to put it through.
