This place is terrible, they serve reluctantly. I wanted to return a medication that I had just bought and the girl told me that I couldn't return the medication, because I don't have a United States ID, why do I have to be legal to return a product that I bought?

Can I give a zero? 1:38 pmWaited in pharmacy line for 6-7 minutes, while they completed the car in front of me. Pulled up for my turn, they closed for lunch. No kidding. Not first time they’ve been closed at the drive through when they were supposed to be open. Message literally told me they’d open at 1pm.

Don't expect any customer service from this location, it's terrible and obvious poor employee behavior is not corrected by district management. Choose another location or Walgreens if you don't want the manager yelling at you

Asked two guys three times where the scissors were, and they said isle 12 and 16 but the isles are basically empty, and they would not come and show me. Monday June 19th 6pm.

Hopefully only a one time experience…The pharmacy counter clerk, whom I’ve never spoken to before, was rude and accusatory. I was inquiring about a delay on 1 of my scripts and she wasn’t understanding my specific inquiry. She asked me questions that that I would only discuss with a pharmacist who is licensed and trained on such matters. She was “lecturing” me with unsolicited advice that had nothing to do with my initial inquiry. Disappointing since this CVS pharmacy has been consistently professional and friendly.I hope they realize that she shouldn’t be in a position where they are responsible for representing their company/pharmacy.

Very bad service I waited 2 days for my prescription and when I went to pick up they still didn’t have it ready and they asked me to wait 15to20 min awful service and employees have a very nasty attitude no sense of humor very bad!!!!!!!!!

Nice employees and good location. It is on the frontage road of I-635 West exit 26.I would not go to use this cashier in the morning and night.Two bad thing I felt:1. This location is very inconvenient in the morning if you don't get wait at the front because the strong sun lights directly hit face from the window when you stand at the cashier.2. All CVS pharmacy doesn't keep the open hours as published. When the employees feel don't like to accept cash, employees can say that its business closed for taking cash because they feel like to, especially if it is paying for bills by MoneyGram account.

A whole debacle. Sure non controlled meds not a problem. But post surgery pain. It's like they don't have a clue and not a care in the world. If the computer says something then that's all they know. Will not use cvs for ANY medications ever again.

I understand why this CVS has 2 1/2 stars. I went to the pharmacy a 65-year-old, requesting the new covid booster. I was refused to be able to receive it because I did not have my original Covid 19 two shots information. They claim they had to have it in "writing " to even give this new booster. Which is ridiculous! what about people who never received those original covid shots in the first place. I give a big thumbs down to the CVS And their lack of understanding.
