Impossible to get the pharmacy on the phone :(. I’m not sure if this is CVS-wide or just this store, but there’s literally no option to speak to the pharmacy. The best you can do is leave a voicemail and get a call back within an hour. Not sure how that’s acceptable? Will be moving pharmacies after this.
Edit: Back an hour later to confirm my 1-star. Had a prescription pickup through GoodRX with a specific, confirmed CVS coupon for a specific medication and was given another brand that was more than double the price (brand difference matters for more than just the price). Pharmacist was unhelpful in honoring the price, getting the correct brand or finding a solution.
Back to Walgreens I go!

This place is terrible, they serve reluctantly. I wanted to return a medication that I had just bought and the girl told me that I couldn't return the medication, because I don't have a United States ID, why do I have to be legal to return a product that I bought?

Bad experience. They don't like doing their work in the pharmacy. I have had several problems with them since they do not want to talk to the insurance and they prefer that you buy the medication that the insurance covers... and it took me 2 weeks to pick up a medication because they did not want to grab a coupon that the same doctor sent for something that The insurance didn't cover it. Terrible, I'll change pharmacies.

Can I give a zero? 1:38 pmWaited in pharmacy line for 6-7 minutes, while they completed the car in front of me. Pulled up for my turn, they closed for lunch. No kidding. Not first time they’ve been closed at the drive through when they were supposed to be open. Message literally told me they’d open at 1pm.

Don't expect any customer service from this location, it's terrible and obvious poor employee behavior is not corrected by district management. Choose another location or Walgreens if you don't want the manager yelling at you
